You cannot avoid losses but you can do something about minimizing it as much as you can by setting up stop losses. We know that when a coin goes down, it has a possibility of even losing 99% of its value so better have a stop loss and find another opportunity. When the price is moving up, you can either set a take profit price or move your stop loss up so that when it reach your buy price, you are sure you will not lose in that trade since you are already break-even. Well the market is currently moving up and challenging the resistance level so we can say that its now recovering but if it failed to break the resistance again, and it will dump normally. We should hold for more days or even months, and for sure that time this market recovered already.

Well I will give you advice, there's so many reason of why you don't need or really warned to follow other people's opinion. most of people here are just giving an option without strong reason of why you can be trapped into a dump market. Yes the price is moving up slowly but this is not a guarantee that was a sign for a bullish market. On this month of July the range of bitcoin cannot exceed $7k because i think $6k is the resistance of bitcoin.
