The pool will be offline for a few days now that Beta is over... it will be relaunching later this week with some new features and better UI.

It mines alt coins ... buys BTC with the alt coins .. then Buys BC with the BTC. So it's feeding sold BC back into the stake holder's hands while increasing the value of BC.

If we use the largest volume exchange and it's done once every 24 hours people will set their sell orders a little higher around the expected buy time, which means less bc (and incentive) for the miners in the multipool, although if the price goes up then this may be negated... such a dilemma.
