not really panic, just low amount of coins are being sold. even 20 btc is a medium amount to trade in a 400 + BTC volume market.

Panic would be 100+ in less then 20 minutes imo

The MINT 20% PoS is only for the first year. It tapers down to 15% the 2nd, 10% the 3rd and 5% afterwards. I fully expect it to go to at least 5000 once the multipool is back and buying.
