Price value? Haha stop spreading FUD here. I'm watching the chart waiting to see if I can buy in again at under 20000 again... Good time to sell I think... It's now walling at around 45-47k, I'm waiting for it to break one way or the other... |

Maybe I am wrong, but when I follow the order book, it looks as if a big player is trying to get the price down to 44. All the time, sell orders around 3btc pop up lower and lower 27btc of buying orders @44 |

many weak hand lost money dumping on very very very good staged dump..now they regreat badly but many have learn the lessen and its hold BC ...it ALWAYS come back |

Yes Easy does it Blackcoin Nice and Gentle That's what I like about this coin. Onward and upward, nice and gentle always with an increase. That is, unless we get some whale pumping and dumping which is OK if you can recognize the pump and not get too greedy and sell toward the top. Then the cycle repeats itself. |

It seems that the BC community is working nicely together with responsible trading within the upper and lower limits working towards the cause. While it might be possible that erratic trading could occur if a whale enters the scene, this behaviour has become less because of the collective contribution of the community to the cause. Ask yourself with hindsight if it would have been a good call to invest in LTC when it was at 0,00045 or BTC when it was at 0,00045? Now fast forward to now and ask yourself it is a good call to invest in BC at 0,00045? If you connect the dots here you will have your answer. My suggestion is to take a long term view on this. If you do a net present value (NPV) calculation, use a conservative future value of $10 per BC inflow and then all your current expenses become your outflows over time. Decide what your cost of capital is including opportunity cost of how much you could have made if you placed it in anything else and you will come up with a nice positive figure. |

what i still don't like is that the value of the coin is depend on other profitable POW coins what happens when POW altcoins will become less and less profitable with time ? (as we already see) where is the energy saving thing ? the coin by itself is genius and rat4 did an amazing job. already hype around this idea and already a few copy cat coins.. is it too late to join your multipool and get some blackcoins ?

The multipool helped A LOT in the early days, and it still helps with buy pressure but it's not really a big deal compared to our volume. This coin stands on its own. |

I`ve created a BC Profit/Coin Portfolio, Includes BC, LTC and BTC (BTC is required in order to reference price)  The calculator can be downloaded from Google Drive (You will need to sign in and the use File and Make a Copy) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvKAa4anuhytdFVMNmFxcFIyaW9wZ3Bmb05qUkZodVE&usp=sharingThe Currency is set to EUR, This can be changed by changing the following:- Currency conversion using Google Finance, Select field B18 and change the "CURRENCY:EURUSD" to "CURRENCY:GBPUSD" for example. Obviously this uses the typical three character currency identifier. Then... BTC and LTC reference a script within Script Manager, BlackCoin (BC) displays the value in BTC this does a lookup to the Cryptsy API ( http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=singlemarketdata&marketid=179) BTC and LTC use a lookup from BTC-E API, The supported currencies you can modify are:- Currency List: USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB You can then modify the {currency = "usd";} within Tools > Script Manager to GBP for example. Then obviously just edit the fields that currently have the Euro entered. This looks more complicated than it is! Hopefully be of use to some, And by all means please feel free to edit and distribute to promote this fantastic coin. You have to decide for yourself because almost everyone on the internet has an agenda. Look into the coin, do a bit of reading. However, I'm here because I believe Blackcoin will be worth much more in the future. I like the transaction speed, the environmental aspect of PoS, the economic aspect of no miners dumping every day, and the branding that could actually work in the real world (compared to a lot of coins). |
