The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

in that case go straight to your CC company, fuck bitcoinultra. tell them they sent you dangerous, and faulty electrical equipment (which, as far as the video shows, it is.) Get your CC company to chase them, that may save you the hassle of sending it back. I doubt you will get a response.

I feel your pain. Got a 1 TH/s miner out of China and 3 out of the 4 blades were bad. So I had to send back 750 GH/s worth of hashing power and I am now just waiting. My unit had the same issues: loose cables, bent heatsinks, and a messed up control board.

Good luck on getting it fixed.

I suspect they are out of business as they tried to bite more than they can chew.

I ordered 4 of their Enigmas, which arrived a day late and had major problems:

1 - All 4 of them had 4 loose screws rattling inside.
2 - All 4 had the unstable blade construction that can be seen in this video: http://youtu.be/XyHVqRVM1Mc
3 - The extension cables were the 8 pin CPU type instead of the advertised PCI-E type + they looked like they could easily catch fire. I got one to produce smoke + one ground cable got out of the crimp.
4 - 3 miners have both fans mounted as intake.
5 - There was no web interface present, just 2 shell scripts to run via SSH, which did not work.

Of all 4 miners 2 were completely dead, 1 had 2 blades working and 1 had all blades working.

Fortunately the company realized they sold substandard miners and refunded my money after I returned them.
Then they said they will be working on improving the design and will soon give me a free miner to keep if I do a full review on it and pass on my recommendations, which never happened.
Now nobody is answering the phone on their website, which I believe is diverted to the mobile number of the main guy, who I've been communicating with.
