It's already done I think I took it ahead this time and I started reporting since yesterday all the posts of all the members mentioned by you and Bitcoin_Arena. Yeah I noticed that majority was gone when I checked the topic . I also see that you(probably) seriosuly reduced ZYX ANN, and that one is especially annoying. Firstly because they are ponzi, and secondly because they are using those services for months now. After a few hours reporting marathon I ended up with 870 reports. There were just a few posts remaining to be reported from Bitcoin_Arena's list. I think someone else took it ahead of me too lol. Mods are already working on these posts. As far as I see they keep deleting them.[/quote[
Yeah I was also reporting them, but not as many as you lol, that's some serious effort, good job man and keep it up! By the way, when you have some free time on your hands and feel like reporting, you might wanna check ANN threads that are using bumping services. I am keeping that list regularly updated with all the latest findings. We always wanted to make this efficient as possible, I wonder if something changed or still we have to report all spammy posts one by one?
We still have to report posts one by one, no other way unfortunately. Luckily there are plenty of us reporting so it's manageable. I don't know if you are using @suchmoon [HACK] One-click mod report, not for the faint of heart , but that can also help and speed up the process.

I will be happy to help again in The Spambusters club Welcome back! I am not part of this gang, but I'm trying to help as much as I can. I don't know what are the criteria for being accepted, but I'd be honored to be a member here Are you reporting all spammy posts in the threads provided here or maybe you are focusing on particular members and dig in their post history to report spam? Each time I see a list of spammers mentioned I jump to action. I'm checking all the posts of the user mentioned and I'm reporting all their shitposts. So I can say I'm focusing on users, not on topics. We always wanted to make this efficient as possible, I wonder if something changed or still we have to report all spammy posts one by one?
I don't know about any other efficient action excepting reporting all the spam posts made by someone, one by one... In the past, oeleo tried to open a topic for highlighting shillers and report just 1 post per user, with a comment like "mods please review the entire post history of this user", but that didn't work. As a consequence, he closed his topic after while. As far as I saw, reporting post by post is the only efficient way. Most of the above mentioned users are now demoted to Brand New rank, but after a huge effort I made. If you have in mind any other approach, let us know

Exactly what I wanted to hear because we have talked a long time ago in this thread about this. I also tried to do something as @Oleo and after multiple posts reports of one member (especially in a row), I tried to explain in the next report (after a deeper check of his account history) why such member should be banned or at least all his spammy posts removed at once (to save unnecessary work with reporting and then reviewing them one by one), but TBH don't know if mods ever followed my advice? Same we tried to achieve in this thread, we hoped that maybe a few mods will jump in and help, but as we can see it didn't happen, I can understand that they are busy enough. We still have to report posts one by one, no other way unfortunately...
Looks like there is no other way, anyways, thanks for the answers, like I said I will try to help to clean the forum and join your report spree . Thank you for the reminder, I knew about this "hack" but forgot and now it could be not easy to find with no info and I know it will speed up the process a lot, especially, if somebody is reporting hundreds of posts, as I have in plans .

Yeah I noticed that majority was gone when I checked the topic . I also see that you(probably) seriosuly reduced ZYX ANN, and that one is especially annoying. Firstly because they are ponzi, and secondly because they are using those services for months now. I just noticed your post, Rikafip. When I replied earlier to wwzsocki I missed your reply somehow. I don't know if it was I the one cleaning ZYX ANN, as I reported those 14 users or so mentioned above, but if it was me, what can I say? I'm happy I did it hehe Yeah I was also reporting them, but not as many as you lol, that's some serious effort, good job man and keep it up! Thanks man! It was a huge effort indeed... I'm sure though that you also have plenty of reports, maybe more than I have. I started this "job" somehow recently...but I'm doing my best. I have by now about 5300 good reports. By the way, when you have some free time on your hands and feel like reporting, you might wanna check ANN threads that are using bumping services. I am keeping that list regularly updated with all the latest findings. Hehe great minds think the same. Tomorrow I was going to write in that topic too, to announce that I finished reporting all the users mentioned by nutildah in that excel file. Although there were 20 users mentioned, in this case it was a smaller work though - "only" ~350 posts to be reported in total. I have a few remaning, which I'll cover tomorrow, then I'll reply to nutildah in that topic too. And yes, I will also keep an eye in your topic also from now on Thank you for this invite. Thank you for the reminder, I knew about this "hack" but forgot and now it could be not easy to find with no info and I know it will speed up the process a lot, especially, if somebody is reporting hundreds of posts, as I have in plans . I didn't use suchmoon's tool yet, but it looks impressive. I think I'll try it too at some point. For now, I'm using this script made by Cyrus. I find it useful. Feel free to try it too, if you think it's feasible.

First i want to say the Mods are busy thats right but thats because of " us all " in here and all that reporting ! I dont know what you are not seeing that was happend , for sure the Moderators dosnt post often in here but that dosnt mean they dont read the posts here. Next thing is that we all in here archived a lot in here with reporting , specialy when we started here because there was no bots or something else that helped with reporting. Also this thread archived that a lot of other Users started reporting more and the main goal of this thread was to make it a bit easier for Moderators and also Users to report. From my 18714 reports i have done so far all of them was done manual , just keep reporting and it helps the Forum and the Users. 5000 post

Just noticed suspcious activity in [ANN][ICO] HEIDI - Swiss crypto-token which tokenises the sustained delivery , with thier ANN thread being spammed by redundant "great project" type of posts. It looked like a airdrop giveway in exchange for bitcoinalk comments, and after a bit of checking, turns out I was right and they are breaking forum rules. ANN archived https://archive.fo/LRJOwThis is from their Telegram group, everything is obvious here https://t.me/HEIDIICOAnd these are few examples from their ANN This the best real project!!!
long term projects that I think are very good,
Go to moon
Good project Go to moon HDI
@LoyceV can you please share that lists of posters, as by looking at their ANN I think that they previously hired bumping group but they stopped with that activity 2 months ago.

As I though, quite a few of newbie accounts being very active on their ANN, classic sock puppet account M.O, thanks Loycev! I see that mods reacted fast and nuked that thread. Heidi coin guys must be scratching their heads what went wrong and why ANN disappeared. Worst of all, those who joined their airdrop and spammed ANN thread even agreed to go through KYC for a measly 0.25 HDI worth approximately 7-8 USD..

No rush, no worries, whenever you have time I'd also like to use this opportunity to ask something: is there any chance for an updated members list on the first page of the topic? Some new members contributed to this gang and I was wondering if they can be included in OP. Also, in OP are mentioned some users which are offline for ages (like digaran or the youngmillionaire, for example). Is that list supposed to reflect only the active members? Or every member which contributed somehow during time?

I will not disclose more because but posting like "Hi" on the thread won't guarantee you a spot in the raffle.

Uhm...perhaps I didn't express myself well... I was talking about updating the list from OP's first page - the one with the Spambusters Gang members. Not about the list for the raffle.
Regarding the raffle - indeed, if someone just said "hi" here, he shouldn't be part of the raffle.

Lol, indeed... I thought also about that update. I mentioned before digaran and theyoungmillionaire which are offline for ages, wondering if the OP's list reflects only the active members (and if this case these users should be removed) or all time members which contributed. And I had in mind to suggest also to update iasenko with TheBeardedBaby But I forgot. But about what OP's list should reflect (active members or all historic members) I think that only TheBeardedBaby can decide, as he created the topic.

There is a thread in the Project Development section titled Fast bitcoin transfers on DLC protocol. I don't know what it is about because I lost interest as soon as I saw the fake accounts spamming the thread. All of them were obviously created by the OP who runs them all. They were registered a few minutes apart and the usernames all consist of a made-up name and a number sequence. Reporting it for spam.

It looks to me like it could be some kind of malware since github account used has been created only 4 hours ago, and if they really worked on that for some time as they claim, somehow I doubt that would be the case. Add on that very aggressive shilling that only makes it look even more suspicious. https://github.com/Uvyaakodan126/First.Satoshi-First-smart-contract-at-bitcoin Reported both ANN and posts there, let's see what happens.

I find ugly spam from user BetBTC They promote his casino over forum, posting the same mega-post in all. I report one of his post, and mods delete it, but there are a still lot of his posts. post history https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=253453;sa=showPostsIf we look further into its history, he does it regularly. Posting and repeating the same post in few topics. For example, he posts his casino offer to all sports discussion boards: ..cut

Does anyone know what's going on with "smiles" in posts? I mean literally the word "smiles", like: Smiles..
Most time is like that, but you have to try your best to figure out things for myself because not everyone are actually trusted they can do undo in the process of helping you.
or Smiles -:) Do we call it mobile sanitizer as it's moveable. The Major reason is because of the fear, this kills people mostly than even the virus it self so to overcome it we have to put our mind strong and focused on what you believe as your God.
Is it some dumb word-spinner or something? BTW if you want a good starting point to report a shitload of garbage - plenty of bounty hunters flocked to defend their boss/puppet-master here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5281160I clicked on a few post histories and OMG what a non-surprise it was.

I also recommend this fantastic list of Rikafip: ANN threads that are using bumping services. I started working from the bottom of the list and going up the list, covering so far the ANNs from 77 to 66. But even after spam is deleted, other new spam posts appear... it's a sort of Sisyphus work. If anyone want to join in this huge workload, feel free to do so.
