Fortunately, with implementing of new bumping system, those shit posts can never bring the topic to top of the board.
Problem with this is that they will start shilling and get attention then someone not related to them might leave comment, and bump it.
Bubblegum Coin thread didn't reach top, but they are at the moment at the first page on the board, and that's bad enough. That means their shilling is working. I reported those posts, hopefully they will be deleted soon.
Yes, I completely agree with you. I usually report such posts whenever I see them. Those posts cause some newbies to think that the project is reputable and trustworthy. That's why this kind of pumping is still helpful for them and they continue to hire people to make posts in their threads.
I just meant that what is going on in that thread on gambling board is even worse than that. (Because of bumping rules).
Those posts make fake volume and at the same time make the thread more visible at top of the board.
The new bumping system implemented by theymos in some boards causes the problem to be less severe. But as you said there is still a big problem with fake volume in those boards. There are still bumping services active in those threads.
