Mobu just finished an exciting and successful roadshow in London.  See the team celebrating in their latest tweet:
https://twitter.com/MobuICO/status/1103309451459743744

Exciting times ahead Smiley

Its nice to see the team doing their very bests in marketing and raising global awareness for MOBU and I'm definitely sure those hard work will have great results and will pay off very soon.

London is the right place to have a successful roadshow. Have there also been any concrete results that you can talk about?
Hi mig6r

The team is always working hard and raising awareness for MOBU,
as for the results you know the right place to always know the results and new updates first hand is on MOBU's announcement channel
Also if you wanna jump into the discussion with some of the members, you can join us on MOBU's chat Wink

An interesting article shared from Mobu's Twitter.  Replacing banks may seem like an idea that's far off, but it may be sooner than people think.

Indeed, blockchain technology will pave the way to the next digital revolution influencing almost all existing industries including finance, commerce, etc and before we knew it, it will become an integral part of our lives.

Indeed, blockchain technology will pave the way to the next digital revolution influencing almost all existing industries including finance, commerce, etc and before we knew it, it will become an integral part of our lives.

I am unsure whether banks can be fully replaced and if there is a way to do it, that is not going to happen tomorrow.

One way or another, I think banks will eventually embrace the benefits of Blockchain technology or be left behind but I must admit it will take some time before most of them uses it.

Yes, the demand for technology is kept increasing which makes many companies want to implement their present structure into blockchain which will help them to speed up their technology. Blockchain adaptation is kept increasing which will help to all the sectors in different kinds of industries.

Actually, banks in some countries even in the ASEAN region had already started to form significant partnerships with major blockchain companies to jump start their entry into the blockchain technology industry and I bet they don't want to be left behind by the emerging trends in technology.

Wonderful so majority of the people holding the coin from the African countries, see in the coming days many people from different parts of the world will start adopting more bitcoins because the demand for Bitcoin is kept increasing. When you compare in the year 2016, now the adaptation have increased a lot.

I think that in 20-30 years cryptocurrencies will replace fiat money. This is an inevitable process. People less and less believe in paper money.

That's possible to consider about with 10 years progress and crypto have been getting a lot of demand and it's even touched more than 700 billions marketcap last year. Crypto still has a lot of room to grow.
less than 20 years later and we will see a good result or new ATH.

Don't forget the 700 billion is not a reliable figure. It was a bubble and there are rumors that stable currencies have been used to fire up the market.

In telegram group of project and in bounty group, the read only mode is enabled. What is happening?

Check the announcement of Juan Engelbrecht from March 25th. Because they have raised only around 27k in their public round, they are focusing now on private investors and will use the Telegram group only for important announcements from now on.

Here is the full message from them (source: https://t.me/mobuCHAT):

'ANNOUNCEMENT

As management team, we are proud to announce that MOBU has partnered with an Investment bank, called Entoro Capital from the USA. The sole purpose of this partnership is for Entoro Capital to help MOBU to reach the fundraising goals for our amazing project.  Entoro Capital made some value propositions to refine the MOBU concept and to round off this outstanding project to ensure its inevitable success.  It is a well-known fact that the fundraising model has changed significantly over the past year or so and also that a month in fintech can result in a lifetime of differences.

Another well-known fact is that 2018 has been characterized as a very challenging year for cryptocurrency projects overall.   We trust that the community will know and understand that raising capital is of the first and foremost importance to ensure success.  In these challenging times it subsequently means that in most cases the fundraising period needs to be altered and extended to reach these goals.

MOBU is therefore no exception to the rule.  Only 27k USD has been raised through the public portal from retail investors thus far. MOBU once again gives all investors the assurance that their investments are safe and secure.  MOBU also would like to take this opportunity to thank the community, airdroppers and bounty hunters for all their hard work and support.  All these efforts, patience and understanding are indeed noted and appreciated by the MOBU team.  Since the focus for the next fundraising period will primarily be on private investors, the MOBU telegram communication group will only allow for important news updates from the side of MOBU from month-end. The MOBU team however believes that all uncertainties and questions from investors’ side have been clearly clarified over the past months.  However, if any potential investors still need any clarifications, they are most welcome to contact the MOBU team at info@mobu.io

The MOBU team will therefore conclude the fundraising privately with the support of Entoro Capital and other individual private investors to ensure the achievement of MOBU’s fundraising goals and future business success!  MOBU sincerely appreciates your continued support and understanding.

Best regards
The MOBU team'

I think the deadline for the public ICO was 29th April if I remember good, but they could extend this with this new private fundraising. However I hope they will come up with an update soon. I am really excited about their platform and what is going to be built upon it  Cool

Still, there are 9 more days left in the ICO and whether they managed to reach the soft cap, still, they didn't give any specific update about the private sales maybe if they don't reach the hard then definitely will do private sales along with the developments.
