litecoin when it will be widely used in the world?
lite coin is one of the most famous coin in digital world
and if crypto currencies take the whole world then i believe that litecoin will one of the crypto coin that will use widely
and one more reason that why its more popular
because its price is very low compare to the top two crypto coins right now

we have is more interesting cryptocoin, like EOS. Its price is lower than that of lightcoin. And it will grow better. He took the 5th place instead of the stupid fork of bitcoin, called lightcoin.there are coins faster, better, more profitable, more useful. Why do you all spend money and time so ineptly, here?

Hmmm. I'll bite...

LTC is an actual cryptocurrency with a fair distribution through mining. It's been running reliably for 7 years and actually has real world use cases. I've used it to buy stuff as back as 2014...

EOS on the other hand is nothing but a year long running ICO. The actual tokens and the network are not even live. They're planning to replace everything. But so far they don't have much to show...

These are all undeniable facts.

These are tactics to promote other projects in well established coin's threads to start from something and finish on name or praising something else. It is that simple if I don't like one thing why need to even check thread to write anything about that. These are trolls who know nothing juts spread misinformation about deep rooted projects. Litecoin has to continue its evolution towards better and more betterment.

Litecoin has stay almost stable at the price range from .015x to .016x for the last several months.
When the accumulating period end?
Have you had any suggestions, everyone?

USD is the real currency in circulation since 1792, there are real cases of use =) I used all my life and he never failed me.
But we are developing new technologies. Bitcoin and his forks are nothing more than a test of a pen. Ether, its forks, and also coins of the third generation is the future.

Mining is nonsense, the destruction of electricity. It would be better to simulate protein synthesis.

Litecoin is simply a fork with a couple of changed parameters. No more.

Cardano will be 6 soon, and Litecoin leaves

Cardano is simply another pre-mined POS experiment. It will fade away into oblivion like all the rest.

Care to try shilling for yet another vastly inferior project?

The Gemini exchange, a creation of Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, has stated that it is supporting Litecoin (LTC), Zcash (ZEC), and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). The development is an aftermath of the approval given by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS).

proof - ..the NYDFS has confirmed to Forbes that Gemini will also receive approvals for Bitcoin Cash, with a total market value of $25 billion and Litecoin..

As an aside, that won't happen...on the mention of Bitcoin Cash...IF and this is pretty much a philosophically impossible IF, Bitcoin Core (BTC) WAS to propose a block size increase

to say 32mb as a HARD FORK...that IMHO, would be all she wrote folks for Bitcoin Cash...would be having their cake and eating it too...

AGAIN, that will likely never happen, *unless needed for some catastrophic unplanned fork*...but I mean, from a thought experiment point of view having you block sized pumped

up to say 32mb and also have seg wit and lightning....would really toss a wrench into BCH. (then again odds are eth would surpass BTC and BCH before that ever happened)..

ah well....just a wild thought

you should treat LTC as part of your asset diversification. Crypto, Assets, Savings, precious metal, stocks.

Hopefully after the listing this will bring more liquidity to LTC, maybe some institutional investors will finally get involved.

Yes, litecoin.org is a trusted source. There is no such thing as 'official' in decentralized crypto. At least there shouldn't be...

Electrum-ltc.org is a good lightweight wallet. It doesn't keep the whole blockchain on the drive.
