I think making demands about transparency and shit is pointless. He's paying you back, albeit very slowly, why so many tears? Never "invest" more than you can afford to lose, that way when you lose (and you will) everyone won't have to hear you cry about it.

The smart way to look at this is as a bonus. Your money is gone, straight up. Deal with it, and look at whatever is coming back as a a good thing, not a shitty thing because it's taking a while. I mean, for fuck's sake, Arbs could pack it up and disappear any time he wants to. If I was him I can't say I'd still be paying back money to a group of people who cry every time I make a payment.

Anyone who claims to have gotten anything back is lying,

Yes - the hundreds of users here who have received payments back are lying. Another bunch of refund payments has been sent.

There is no list, there is no order, no list-top, no list-bottom, there is no list !

There´s nothing, but this thread and his sockpuppets here ! !

It´s just: whoever is most vocal here, gets a mini-payment !
I should create a bot, to trigger his minipayments, in this thread . .

This is a joke ! !   And he is loughing his ass off, while you all are eating his bullshit . . .

You showed up a lot later than I did. Have you looked at the spreadsheet or read any of the posts in this thread?

Post the TX IDs of your refunds.

I have been paid back a decent amount, I was one of the first who contacted him with my details. During the first two weeks, he didn't have as many "mouths to feed" and I received 1 BTC payments three times, then as he got more and more requests for payment, that dwindled to now being .05 or .02 on an unpredictable schedule. It's understandable that he wouldn't be able to keep the same pace of repayment when he only had 10-15 requests, now that he's got probably over 100 people to pay.

I'm not a sock puppet and trust me...I'm as disappointed and upset about losing my money and having to wait for it to be returned as anyone else is. I lost a lot of money here and when you take into account the price drop since I initially deposited the funds, even if I get back the BTC I paid in, I'm still going to be left with about 30% of my initial investment...unless Bitcoin finally finds a wide audience and increases in value a lot.

Someone who posted earlier had it right. The best attitude to take is that you lost your money, and getting anything back is gravy. I could pursue legal action, but there's no point...because then, nobody gets paid a dime. That's not what I want. I just want to see the Bitcoin returned.
