I had been sent a PM that said that my payments would start between the 16th-20th and I did not recieve anything in the pay out.  Be happy if you did.

Time zones, man.

I double checked this morning and still nothing deposited.  Maybe I will get lucky and be on the next round.

Everyone who was promised their initial refund by July 20th should have received it. Send me a PM with previous messages if it didn't arrive.

More refunds in 5 minutes.

Received my first refund deposit! Just as promised in the PM a week or so back. Not made whole yet, but I do appreciate the effort.

I was going to go update my info on the spreadsheet, but I find my info has been deleted. It had been there for several weeks after it first went live, but I havent checked since.

I asked that same question a while back as well.  From what I can figure out BTC-Arbs may be paying back PMs first and emails later.  So if that is in fact the case, guys like you and me who emailed only may be waiting a while.

All you can do is sit tight and be patient as BTC-Arbs only replies when he's ready to start making a payment(s) to your claim.

Since June 30 some versions of the sheet have been backed up. Unfortunately your entry has been lost before. Please add your data  to the list again. Just write it below the last entry. It will be sorted later.
Thank you

Wow this is really taking a long time, received just one payment back on July 4th, so I am 1% refunded so far. Please don't forgot us BTC-arbs. Thanks for your efforts.

It's going to take forever for the heavier investors to get paid back. My last payment was back on June 30th.

Yeah, very bittersweet. At first it was like: Great, my btc is gone forever. Then it was like: Look, he's paying people back, thank goodness! And now it's like: Geez, I probably won't see all my btc returned for a couple years.

BTC-Arbs admin: Did you file a police report when your site got hacked? Just curious.

The price of Bitcoin has been almost stagnant recently. This makes arbitrage harder and that makes refund payments smaller.

Refunds are being paid as quickly and fairly as possible.

No. The police don't understand or even know what Bitcoin is.

IMPORTANT NOTICE IF YOU USED A BTC-E ADDRESS

If you gave me a BTC-E address for your refund address, all BTC-E addresses are no longer valid. Send me a new one in a PM to ensure that payments aren't sent to the old one. And this time use your own address.

I sent you a new PM right now because you did not reply me on last 16th June.
Please reply me.

Email and PM send June 8th.  2.21 or so due back.  Nothing to date. (refund, Email or PM).

Any chance I can find out where I am in the queue?

Still, Nothing.

I just PMed my new BTC-e address

Also please acknowledge my email or PM that have been in your possession since the end of MAY... It is beyond frustrating to watch people that contacted you after the first wave of us get responses and refunds while my PM and email go unanswered.. I haven't flooded your inbox or emailed you even once except the first time.. I have been polite in all communications and there is no reason why you couldn't acknowledge them... I am owed only 1.5btc so by no means am I a large investor but it is an amount that I would like back...

Stolen property is stolen property regardless if the police recognize what it is. A International Crime over a dildo is still a
a +federal offense. AUTHORITY is payed by us to protect and serve us.. not to distinguish what crimes are acceptable and wich ones are unacceptable to file charges over.... Is their any other reasons why the company did not file charges?

I still have not recieved.  I followed his request and sent another PM to him with a copy of his previous message.  It is possible that I just fell through the crack however, I dont have a whole bunch of faith right now on what is real and what is illusion.  I am still out 2BTC.   Nothing recieved yet.
