I was going to go update my info on the spreadsheet, but I find my info has been deleted. It had been there for several weeks after it first went live, but I havent checked since.

I asked that same question a while back as well.  From what I can figure out BTC-Arbs may be paying back PMs first and emails later.  So if that is in fact the case, guys like you and me who emailed only may be waiting a while.

All you can do is sit tight and be patient as BTC-Arbs only replies when he's ready to start making a payment(s) to your claim.

Yeah, very bittersweet. At first it was like: Great, my btc is gone forever. Then it was like: Look, he's paying people back, thank goodness! And now it's like: Geez, I probably won't see all my btc returned for a couple years.

The price of Bitcoin has been almost stagnant recently. This makes arbitrage harder and that makes refund payments smaller.

Refunds are being paid as quickly and fairly as possible.

It is beyond frustrating to watch people that contacted you after the first wave of us get responses and refunds while my PM and email go unanswered.. I haven't flooded your inbox or emailed you even once except the first time.. I have been polite in all communications and there is no reason why you couldn't acknowledge them... I am owed only 1.5btc so by no means am I a large investor but it is an amount that I would like back...

a +federal offense. AUTHORITY is payed by us to protect and serve us.. not to distinguish what crimes are acceptable and wich ones are unacceptable to file charges over.... Is their any other reasons why the company did not file charges?

I double checked this morning and still nothing deposited.  Maybe I will get lucky and be on the next round.

   Did BTC-ARBS send you a PM telling you to expect payment?  I believe he sent out several PM's to some people telling them to expect payment.  And his last post seems to indicate he's made a first payment to all of them. 

   I'm still waiting on the PM to say I'll see something.
