no reply to pm senft a couple weeks ago (

Did you try sending him an email though? I'm sure that entering your name on the list would also help.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Hope I didn't get marked as a scammer, but I sent my transaction IDs after my main e-mail.

Have done the same, got partial refund. Aint a scammer.

Yeah, thats the biggest thing I'm worried about. Hate for any legitimate claims to be shrugged off.

Beginning of week update:

  • Many more refund request replies sent
  • 16 partial payments sent
  • Replies now contain estimated refund start dates

For everyone who is worried that I may think their request is fraudulent: If your request is real you have nothing to worry about. If I think it is fake I will still reply.

Cool. Can I just get clarification of how best we should provide our info? Do you want TXID's etc?

TXID? Is that to mean 'tax ID'? Like Social Security? If that's what it means...... how on earth is he suppose to verify that even if you give it to him. Did you use your real name on the btc-arbs site??? All you need to do is send your username from the site and the amount you deposited minus any withdraws you made. He can look at his list from there.

TXID is probably Transaction ID.   I don't think it is necessary, but if you want to be sure he knows you deposits were valid, why not include them?

It can't be serious lol. He registered his bitcointalk account 7 months ago, I can't believe he has never encountered "TXID" before...

Transaction hash would be a more common term.  I've also seen "Transaction ID", but I don't think TXID is in very common use.   Probably in some context it is.

I 've received a pm from BTC-ARBS, asking info. I sent them on 28 of june but STILL NO REFUNDS!
Does BTC-ARBS still on process of the refunding or it is a dead end? I ask this because I m not a often visitor of the thread.

yes, he's still refunding, but he is sending refund in small amounts in batches.

Just wait for a while and you'll likely start getting small payments until you have it all back.

I had a few too many last night - lol.  Need to stay off the computer after drinking.

So, I sent my email the day after he posted the instructions to do so and I still haven't received any refunds or received an email with a projected time frame of repayment. I didnt send a PM because he asked us to only send one but it is seeming like he is concentrating more on the people that sent a PM. Can you please let me know whether I need to send a PM or not because it doesnt seem like emails are your preferred choice. My BTC-ARBS account name was Organ1zedCha0s.

Thank you,

Hi gise87

here is a new link to an editable copy of the spreadsheet.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKPeMI91oO9_khnM-1qWFi7SflhXStC6OJC3QSFQDU8/edit#gid=1324696940

It would be great if you may continue to maintain the spreadsheet.

@ all: Please update your Data

I guess the reason for the read only of the spreadsheet was the google limitation: Only 50 users are allowed to edit the sheet in parallel.
Most of the users just want to view the sheet. So for viewing the sheet, use that link
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKPeMI91oO9_khnM-1qWFi7SflhXStC6OJC3QSFQDU8/htmlview
please.

Thanks a lot
joef

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't know that viewing the document would cause it to block editors.

I originally sent e-mail on May 30 and PM on June 1.  I had 10 BTC deposited in the site.  BTC Arbs responded to my PM over the weekend and sent my first partial refund (0.2 BTC).  I updated the spreadsheet accordingly.

Thank you, looking forward to seeing this continue.
