In investing in bitcoin, intelligence and calmness are needed, so as not to obey lust and be carried away by emotions that ultimately make our lives suffer. I agree that we do not invest everything we have into bitcoin, because it is very risky that we eventually get stuck in a situation where we have no choice. invest a portion into bitcoin and the rest we can invest in others, so that when the price of bitcoin is down we don't panic, because there are other investments that we have to make a profit.
Investing all your money is not wise so you must invest wisely so the risk you might take is not that high. Not only to Bitcoin but to all cryptocurrency you must be careful of choosing coin to invest and be wise once you do it. I suggest divide your money, half in your investment then half for your saving so that you have atleast money when your investment goes wrong.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It is not a good investment idea to invest all the money you have in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. It is risky here and you are not certain to make profit, which means you may end up regretting it. The best is to invest only your spare money so that you will still remain stable in any case.

I have read several posts on this forum where people have claimed to have invested all the money they have on Bitcoin, I also read a post where a guy claimed to have used all the $20,000 his uncle gave him to also invest in Bitcoin, some even sold their landed property. The reason for these risks and others is the firm believe that Bitcoin would be $50,000 - $100,000 by the year 2019 or thereabout.

First, I must say that I admire the courage and high risk appetite of such persons. But, I must also warn.
Yes, It is good for everyone to have high hopes for Bitcoin, and also hope it gets to 100k USD in future, but you should also consider a safety factor in anything you do including investing.

Mathematically,

DO NOT Assume,
P(Success of future term) = 1 ; and
P(Failure of future term) = 0

This implies that, you must always leave a little fraction for probability of failure which in this case is the safety factor, no matter how little the fraction may be. Simply put, you don't have absolute control of what happens to Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies in the future.

Invest wisely, only invest what you can afford to loose

Just a piece of advice.

What are your own suggestions?

Yes you're right. We should not invest everything in crypto because crypto is risky. Risky because we are not sure we can earn something everytime we work or whatever we do like trading or bounty hunting and most especially  gambling. Yes you have great point "invest amount we afford to lose" . We must always put an "if" coz we are not always sure when it comes to crypto. We are lucky if we earn big today but it will not be always that way.

I absolutely agree! While bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are good investments, giving your all is too much of a risk. I understand if there are people who has the extreme hunger for risks but boy oh boy, this is not a secure investment. One wrong move and you'll be sleeping in the streets if you did not leave some for your own security.

In today's time bitcoin is still called for investment but soon bitcoin will also be called for payments or remittances. We are right when there is money involved saying that this investment is when we say investment more holding crypto until reach the target your price and you can sell it because you profit.

if bitcoin is used daily like buying other products and sending money you think what will happen. Bitcoin becomes in demand but in the future it is because many more have not been rated by bitcoin especially for other countries because there is still a bit more detail about what bitcoin uses instead of just investment.

Good ideas of anticipation mate. It is really good to make an investment that we can afford when it will become loss, because crypto investment is not always secured and we must strong when it comes to a decision to fully antucipate what will be the risk at the end. So in general make an investment to crypto with the capital you can afford to loss and learn well how to make it succeesful.

If you allow greed to take over you, you can never make good decision. In bitcoin or cryptocurrency investment, there is a great risk and nothing guarantees that you will be successful. Professionals have advised several times of the risk and suggest that people should only use spare money, not all your money is spare money.

That is a good point, I think if you invest all in bitcoin or other types of altcoin, in the meantime the bitcoin price increase you will not have money to invest in other work that may be other jobs. It will help you to profit faster, giving you the ability to bill the bill for living ......

Investing is risky, investing in Bitcoin is a risk that you will be profitable or you will lose everything before investing in Bitcoin you should think and see the Bitcoin market fluctuate to invest properly but risky I can not know in advance. This is my own opinion.

It is very risky to invest all your savings on Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, because the prices are always volatile and this market is unstable. Invest only the amount you afford to lose, even if it seems small, that's better to minimize the risks.

Diversifying your investments is very wise because it makes you protected should one of your investments fails so that you don’t run the risk of losing all your money when that happens.

Seeing the historical performance of the crypto market, there have been multiple cases of altcoins that having reached a significant value, have fallen in such a way that practically their current value is zero. Therefore it is perfectly possible that virtually any cryptocurrency could lose all its value in the long term, and even more if we take into account that sooner or later the current cryptocurrencies will become obsolete in the face of the inevitable technological advances of the cryptos of the future. So I believe that the current critical conditions of the market have taught us that we should be smart enough to buy and sell at the right time, without blindly committing ourselves to the idea of "hodl".

Investing into cryptocurrencies is one of the best opportunities people can have and also the best investment ever. You might want to invest into in but not investing all what you have into it.

In this world of cryptocurrency people choose to invest with what they can loose and not what they are using or will be using for a serious project. You can choose to invest but not all your money. One can only invest in that manner if he knows what actually he's doing and the consequences it can bring.

I think that it is not wise to invest all you have as you never know when you will lose everything. to my mind, it is better to invest in coins now and keep them until the market becomes green

Investing all the money you have to cryptocurrency is not good. I always keep in my mind that I will only invest what I can afford to lose.
