Why everyone only invest in the crypto market?

Hello everyone!

I am talking to quite a few people who are investing in crypto and notice that very few have a broader investment spectrum. People either focus on ICOs, some small caps, others play it safe and stick with the high caps or established projects.

But hold on, is the later really playing save? In my view, even with high caps you will still be massively exposed as you have all of your eggs in one basket. Namely in the same market. Different eggs in size and colour but all eggs. If the basket falls, your eggs still get crushed.

As mentioned before, I am trading stocks for over a decade and crypto since last year. I also agree that is easier to trade stocks, simply because the volume is so high that a few whales or big investors cannot influence the market as easily by dumping their shares. The stock market is also much more regulated, if someone is being caught doing washtrading or spoofing the consequences are dramatic. In the crypto world manipulation is something that poses a constant threat. Just look at the market now, the recent dip is not tight to any event, news or even fud. 25 billion just disappeared and people are wondering wht‘s going on.

Long story short, it‘s great you have a diversification plan but also think about moving assets from crypto to fiat, stocks or raw materials and precious metals.

What is your view on that?

You can see that with so much gain and the cryptographic market, you can see that no country or government has patronized or controlled the market, which made the bitcoin price. And altcoin fluctuates constantly and is hard to predict. We can get a lot of profits from that market, but the revenue is safe and tax free.

The crypto market is one of the new form of economy and which revolutionizes the present global economy could create a positive impact among world wide.It could attract the confidence from the public to invest in the crypto market. I believe that only newbies dont know how to diversify or dont use diversification,because as far as i know this formula is the safest way of securing our funds here in crypto,and imagine what will happen ifhat single coin you invested died or dro drastically what will you do when that same time you have an emergency and needed to withraw or convert to fiat?thats why we need to diversify atleast if one loss we have opportunities for other coins to gain

In theory you are right, the stock market is more stable and thus safer than crypto. However, that's manipulated as well, I still remember the "New Economy" NASDAQ bubble burst of 18 years ago, which was a pump and dump just as we are seeing today in crypto (losses of 99% of stocks which Merryl Lynch was recommending to buy just a few days before) and which basically erased half of my money. So, if you want to diversify from crypto buy gold.

Yes, one should never make such a mistake to invest all their money in any single investment product whether it is a crypto market or any other market because we all don't know the future how it can move on. So I think we should try to diversify our funds into a few different segments to reduce future risks. If anyone or two investment goes wrong also other investments will balance out our overall investment otherwise we may lose all our investment at once.

Yeah I like it when we talk about diversification of assets because this is the safest way to have such investments from a stable and volatile market. Crypto are risky while fiat and other centralized assets are fully regulated so it is about our choice between the two but it is a wise choice if we are having both investments. I am actually planning to buy gold and hunt more crypto in the near future and I prefer precious metals and crypto than stocks .

profesional investor should put their money into several investment field.they would not put all of their money just into cryptocurrency.it is too risky for them.distributing risk and profit with their investment is best way to manage risk involved

One should be highlight is each head has a different brain, if you ask such that question so there will be a variety answers. However, most of users of digital currency such us crypto currency is taking part here to eanr extra money. They believe that it is a new trend which provides much opportunity to earn money.

One may only focus on crypto such us investing in crypto where others are spreading their profit in any investment. It all because they who invest in crypto is probably do not want to take much risky. And they who spread their money in any investment is having much money and have a strong believe.

However, it is not about true and false. It is about choice which everyone mush have different choices.

I believe that it is not quite right to invest only in cryptocurrencies, you need to use a lot of areas and of course periodically review your investment portfolio, including there and precious metals, fiat money(it will still take a long time to change them) and real business.

I think investing in crypto is very profitable in my view, with high volatility in the crypto market, it will make you able to use it well if you look sharp at the opportunities that exist in the crypto market. Because they experience  a big amount of profits,  I think this is the reasons behined why their  a lots of investor's focus their investment in crypto currency. They see their bright future in their investment in crypto currency especially they gain a big amount of profits.

For me, everyone invest in the crypto market because, this is the only investment that zero value of tax. Has a good profit during the grace period of trading coins. Can purchase using a digital payment with no extra charges.

Yes investing in cryptocurrency are no taxes to be collected and has good profit you get. This is one reason that's why so many investors are interested to join in investing in cryptocurrency, investing here using a digital payment and no extra charge and the profit you get is much higher.

That was my plan in the first place. To move my investment from crypto to Fiat to have a secured future. It is because, in crypto there is no guarantee that it would last a lifetime. What we earn in crypto should be saved and should be invested in a traditional investment where we can manage hands on.
