Is the world ready for cryptocurrency?

Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.

Bitcoin does not ask for much for its use:

1) Internet which is readily available everywhere. Concept of free internet is also becoming popular worldwide.

2) A  smartphone, PC. Most of the people own this as well.


In some countries where there is illiteracy and poverty, people might not be able to use crypto.

I think the world is not ready to accept bitcoin globally, after seeing the rejection by various countries.

The world is not ready for cryptocurrency, because there are still many people around the world who do not know cryptocurrency and do not understand how to use it.

I would say that we could be ready for cryptocurrency integration only in that case if somebody will be making the first steps and actually do that, without that we cannot say it's for sure.

Personally I feel a lot still has to be done ,by improving on the technology ,effective network ,transparency and improved security.everybody wants to fellow the succession of analogue to digital,but the big question is that ,how effective and secured is the network to potential investors.and also there is need to introduce crypto currency education for sensitization and awareness.

These days, people who know about cryptocurrencies are picking up numbers. looked at route back before digital currency began. We can't state that we are 100% prepared for it, yet the vast majority of us are. Here in my nation, numerous individuals consider digital currency a type of trick. I don't think the world is yet ready for cryptocurrency as this technology is still in its infancy. In my country, for example, more than 98% of the population has not heard of the word cryptocurrency. If you even mention it, people will ask what do they mean. So it's still too early to think of it as a replacement for fiat.

I agree in your opinion, the world are not ready for cryptocurrency cause not all countries are accepted bitcoin and some country even they recognize bitcoin but some there people are didn't know what bitcoin is, specially in rural areas cause there are no internet connection and even they know bitcoin but in contrary they are lack of knowledge about it. Of course, lots of people are aware of cryptocurrency as a fact: it has been discussed for years now, BUT....
I wouldn't go so far as to say that the world is ready for crypto because there are still a lot of people who don't understand the nature of crypto and, as a result, are scared of it. And in order to be ready to accept it, one must understand what exactly what it is and what they options are. I believe we will see the time when crypto becomes commonplace, but we need to wait for quite a while before it becomes a reality.
