The ICO rating sites are not completely reliable, there are several school of thoughts that most of the ICO rating sites are some times to paid to rank a coin higher than the rest, it would be nice if the ranking are done by individual researchers and voters

I skip rating sites and it looks like red flag for me,because multiple rating on rubush websites is a joke, they aren't trustworthy.
I pay attention to media awareness and community support

I prefer to read whitepapers from each ICO that I will invest before participating in them. there are many things in their whitepaper. how the project works, the formation of the project, the direction of the project objectives is clear or not, and the team involved in it and more. there we can assess whether the ICO is able to develop and run well.

I believe that the projects that put on display the ratings they received from such sites do not deserve attention. For me, this is a kind of a way to distract the investor from the important.

Last months more than half of new projects ICO have collapsed. However, sites that set ratings ranked the best estimates for such failed projects ICO. How can you look at this without a smile?

I don't really trust the ratings. Because this is the same opinion of an outsider, often this person understands cryptocurrency no more than I do. So I analyze myself

Do not trust ratings. All ratings can be bought, and even without a good project - you can get 5 points.

The answer to this question is yes. That is not to believe. Perhaps rating companies are also struggling themselves. According to my observation of the rating company 3-4 points of the project is the best, and 5 points of the project is likely to scam.

No.

I don't believe these ico rating websites cause I don't think they're doing unbiased ratings, they're somehow biased on their ratings and in some cases they're also incentivised to do those things.

If the project has a rating below 4.5 on the Icobench - I will not participate it. Even in the campaign bounty.
Since projects with poor ratings fall in price in 10x

Agreed. But even if the rating and honest, it's just the opinion of some one person. And the more people will follow his ratings, and there will be more lies. After all, he also holds tokens and he wants to make a big profit, so he will direct the flow of investors to those tokens that are beneficial to him.

ICO ratings in most cases are set approximately the same. It makes no sense to look at the rating. It is better to look at the project and analyze it and its team.

Of course, you can buy any ratings. Therefore, it is not worthwhile to trust the entire ratings. At the same time, among the projects that receive high marks, the scam project is smaller than among the others. So I look at them as a selection criterion, and then I study the project carefully.

hmmm... not really.

yes, but doing a research about the ico project you want to join is still much better than just fully trusting the ico with high ratings on ico rating sites.

Usually, I do not. I believe it's better to analyse a whitepaper in a critical manner to decide whether a certain ICO is worth spending money or time.

Its not really trustworthy in my opinion ico rating sites are just for money like icobench its one of the most obvious site that make paid reviews I can see in most telegram ico groups they are offering reviews in this kind of site for a good fee once paid then a decent review will be done.

Absolutely agree with you.
Sites that make ratings for the ICO earn money on this. It's nothing but advertising.
All these sites have repeatedly shown the fallibility of their assessments and do not deserve attention.

We shouldn't rely on ico rating sites for making decision. Do our own researches would be better. Btw, recently most ico isn't good enough therefore if we don't really sure with our own decisions, it is better to stay away from ico projects.
