check your protocolversion, not wallet version
should be 80201
it is 80201. But it is still stuck. Tried opening & reopening a couple of times but it didnt work. |

I will contact them but i think they deal with coinpayment. I contacted coinpayment when faircoin barely launched and they added it to their coin request page. So im re-contacting coinpayment right now to know what does it take to be officially integrated into their service. |

You need to use the command reserve balance <XX> in your wallet. Otherwise you cannot encrypt the wallet and it must be unlocked to stake. in your case it should have staked and no you dont need the wallet open 24/7 only need to open it once the coins are weighted for staking/leave it open until they stake |
