100% premined coin distributed in a centralised manner that could EASILY be gamed. There is a reason why proof of work is used to distribute coins in bitcoin et al. It cannot be cheated and there is no centralised distributing authority.

And there are never whales on a non premined coin? Anyone with enough money can buy up a certain coin (becoming a whale) and then dump later... If you don't like FAC then leave... it's that simple. Don't buy the coin if you don't trust it. The beauty of all the alt coins out there is you can choose the one YOU trust and support it. Now, please... do that.

PoW+PoS is fine for me.  But it do mean that is the only way of Fair distribution.
PoW is only fair for the whale with hundreds Mh/s hash power.  Is it fair for most guys with small or even without rigs?

Just calm down and look at the price of blackcoin, and then look at the price of faircoin. Realise that there is so much room to grow the price upward. Realise that there are very few genuine sell walls. See the buy order book and notice that although it looks weak people are still buying at the market price and continuing to nudge the price up.

Just take a deep breath, and watch the market for a while, don't sell, just watch - learn
