I have no idea what's going on there (sorry, no time to read atm), but we helped Mint and we should help PND (if it's possible anyway).

PND devs create PND coin to kill Pandacoin from woolong, since it was a scamcoin.

PND devs created a android wallet and buypnd thru paypal and modified their wallet to try and be more like a bank register. (Personally did not like that bank register feel. )

They were on the verge of tanking a few months ago, but a guy named whalepanda showed up and pumped in over $50 thounsand dollars into their coin. PND community was happy.
As time and dumpers wore down that money , Later that same amount was pulled out of PND and then ~$50 thoundsand pumped up mintcoin for their 1 year birthday, and has been in Mint since.
With the withdrawal of that amount of capital , PND community was disheartened , and looked to their dev team for hope, some members drop out for different reasons, and others never responded.
Then a guy name Mani pops up and gives this hidden info , he was paid to write the panda bank version, and the other devs are only pumping and dumping this coin for Profit.
After that there coin took a nose dive as faith in the old devs is gone, and currently no one has stepped in to take their place, Mani claim the old devs have billions of coins and even buy at 2 sat doubles their profit.
Also rumored that AMDOGE is also SELLPNDforDOGE, trying to triggered another pump so they can dump again.  Also AMDOGE has not offered to turn over anything (one is github) if a new dev stepped up.

Personally, don't know what of that is true and what of that is a mindgame.    
But that is the latest story as far as I could tell.

My real concern is when that guy is done with Mint & cashes out , if he then tries it on Zeit.
Massive Pumps that then cause a massive dump crush a community spirit , The ZeitKnights and the ZCM will have to combine our strength against this guy if he shows up here. Already worked out a plan of action against that sort of thing if it happens.  The trick is we will turn his own wealth against him in a way that helps zeitcoin.

Latest Version  2.0.1.6 Gauntlet

Download New Wallets from  http://www.zeit-coin.net  
You need Winrar to unzip the wallet, download winrar at
http://rarlabs.com/download.htm

From Here you have 3 Choices,    
Option 1: Just start the new zeitcoin-qt.exe and let it sync from scratch , (take ~4 days), if it pauses during the sync, you can just leave it , or restart it and it will jump over the slow spots.

Option 2: BootStrap 3-17-2015 (Few hours)
Download the latest bootstrap file from http://www.zeit-coin.net/
Copy the bootstrap.dat file in the folder c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes. Run the Zeitcoin software to import most of the blockchain locally and then to download only the rest and synchronize the client

Option 3: Fast Way (15 minutes) if you don't want to wait for the Blockchain to sync from the beginning.  
Go to Any of the Following Links to get a copy of the Zeitcoin Blockchain from March 5th, 2015.

Then Unpack and copy & replace the files from Zeitcoin-Blockchain into

Current Users on ver 2.0.1.5 ,
All you need to do is download the new software 2.0.1.6 and replace the old one with it.
Open ver 2.0.1.6  zeitcoin-qt.exe and you are all set.

Thanks all of you fellow ZeitCoin community for your concern regarding Pandacoin PND and the ongoing market and even the Pandacoin community current situation of despair. I truly believe in the project and although times are indeed tough for Pandacoin we can learn from our experience as we keep on, although it is and will be at times a battle. Certainly most if not all of the Pandacoin dev team are or at least were always very well intentioned imho, they actually overworked themselves and are distraught by our current situation.

Our wallet dev was particularly offended by what he believes is our key marketing dev having abandoned ship and selling out his PND or possibly even of being a whale himself. He is still in touch with the community but is very concerned about reputation as well as missing support from amDoge Pandacoins founder Dev, amDoge has expressed concern and support for Pandacoin only in irc and has not made any official statements so far.  We have seen support from some key dev team members and others stay in touch but are not able or feeling like being very active while things are so depressed.

I don't want to add to any confusion, disappointment or manipulation but have to say; so far as I can tell Pandacoin and the Pandacoin community have only tried to do their best and always aimed high, this time perhaps too high. Many active members of the community are still crushed by the feelings of having been possibly played by bdanyo our central marketing leader for some months, this is a very touchy subject for us because we valued so much our clear intention and public position to be a modern fair and honest cryptocurrency.

Pandacoin has been down before and is still young, quite a few interesting things are in the works too. Many great Pandacoin ideas are now essentially on pause and it is going to take some time to shake this off and get our balance back so we can start growing and climbing again. Crypto for now is still not for everyone but by early adopters constantly learning and evolving crypto through hard work and perseverance, success and the many accompanying benefits for everyone can be realized.

We are still very early in all of this amazing technology and still learning how to best evolve it; so it is a safe, secure and dependable currency technology decentralized yet usable by anyone for the benefit of all.
