I download Genesis new version 2.02 window wallet and it work very fast. The layout look same with old wallet, but it feel like much faster with synchronizing. The upgrade process takes only few minutes. I am so glad that Genesis wallet work so efficient, because I have bad experience with other coins wallet that take me half day to upgrade and synchronizing the wallet.

It is not a fork,its just a wallet upgrade that bring new features and fix a bug found in the bitcoin code, so you will not lose your coins if you keep your wallet.dat safe and backed up

Most wallet upgrades are just updating the wallet software, fixing bugs, patching exploits, adding functionality and features. So you should not lose any coins and the will still be there when you upgrade unless you lose them due to being vulnerable to the bugs and exploits that you have not fixed by not upgrading your wallet.
