Trying to get as much as possible, using the faucets at TradeSatoshi to get more $GenX, a node however is a bit out of my league, but gathering as much as i can.

TradeSatoshi wont give out GENX on the faucet anymore since the price went up. Ive accumulated theirr leading shit coins, SHND and 808 by the thousands but they will never be worth anything. Both font even have valid uses cases.

I know, they didn't, just mean i use my BTC sats etc from the faucet, to get $GenX, makes me a couple a dozen each day.  You can start trading at 1000 sats, makes you in the 30 $Genx.

It is easy to make a password for tradesatoshi.
You must make a password that must contain a capital letter, a number, one special character and length must be atleast 6 character long

750ti is hardly profitable for genx mining. Out of memory is "maybe" related to your 2GB version of your card. try to register in the  Genx forum or visit discord channel to ask question about mining. Many miners will help with your problems instantly

The 750ti Does NOT have enough Vram "2gb". There is even reports of cards with 4gb running out of memory.
The algo 197,2 is Memory dependent and intensive.
I believe EWBF .06 is  the only latest miner that 4gb users can still use. That might change in the future with newer releases of miners that come out.

I think that you require a minimum of 3gb vram. Save the electric bill and spend it on an exchange. You'll receive far more genx

I dont think there is an 'optimal' card. Depends on electricity costs, how much you can get cards for etc.

Anything relatively new like a nvidia 1060 or 1070 works pretty well.

First you most likely want an nvidia card even though lolminer now allows you to minde with AMD. Now almost any 1000 series will do or even better a 2000 RTX series. 2080 are great, 2070 just got out and 2060 are coming. I use a couple of 1070s myself and they work just fine.

But that being said I would not advise going into mining right now. If I were you I would take the $$$ you want to invest in a gpu and buy genx directly with it, you'll get alot more this way.
Then again if you want to buy a card for gaming and do some mining on the side, that could make sense.

Yeah at current prices and mining difficulty, even if you have a good gpu, you're probably better off buying coins.

From a quick calculation, if your electricity costs are more than about $0.10 USD per kw, then just use your money to buy/trade for coins instead of mining.

I'm guessing the people mining now are mining at a 'loss' (and by loss, I mean they would be better off just using that money for electricity to instead buy coins), or they have free/cheap electricity.

2 exchanges are still needed, but 100k cap got removed. But they still require decent volume on both exchanges.

The new exchange that will be added tomorrow should help with that!

Exactly, there is a good volume in Tradesatoshi for weeks, even its price has remained stable since the Btc began to fall, as Genesis can be considered as a project that is in its infancy it is possible that due to this it will not fall as the altcoin is also a project with great objectives, which have been fulfilled as planned.
