I believe that at this time you should only invest in bitcoin in order to minimize the risk and make the profit the safest, you can see that the market is constantly fluctuating and difficult to guess so you Only bitcoin trading, we can see that altcoin prices have been fluctuating sharply over the last few months and I think altcoin will die in 2018.

Some peoples may not agree with your opinion, but that is not problem for us because everyone can think what they believe.
Bitcoin has became an investment because the value is very high in the market. In 2010, i think there were no peoples thought bitcoin as an investment.

i'll tell you why. where i live the value of local currency is dropping so there are many who are now buying USD to stay ahead of the inflation that is going on. in fact they are investing in USD. and what they are doing matches the description you posted here, they will sell it in the future to get a huge profit.

but it doesn't make USD an investment. US dollar is still a currency no matter what you do with it.
the same thing is true about bitcoin. bitcoin is a currency by nature even if majority are using it as an investment.

it's true that investment is buying goods now and allowing for some time while waiting for the price of the item to rise until we get big results, and I think bitcoin is also a real investment place

for me Bitcoin is an investment,
because in a while, we can get high yields from bitcoin.
but for now i think it's very difficult to say it as an investment,
because in the last few months the price of bitcoin is not very good.

Everything can be an investment as long as it involves profit. Whether if it is goods, asset etc.  

Tho I personally can't really consider bitcoin as an investment. Even if it is becoming a tool for investment.  In my opinion, you got a wrong understanding of what investment and bitcoin are all about.

INVESTMENT is the act, not the tool. Bitcoin is a currency which is used for investment that is categorized into the following.

1.BITCOIN HODL which is maybe what are you referring to is a form of investment in the bitcoin industry.

2.Trading  - which is obviously a form of investment in bitcoin that is normal for any currencies.

3.  Other business such as  "HYIP, Gambling , or services ).

Now is bitcoin an investment? No, however it is being used for investments.
Just like US dollar. Is US dollar an investment? of course not tho it is being used to buy an asset for your investment. because basically Dollar is considered as a currency.

like it or not, bitcoin is a currency even if you call it something else for a million more times.

but since bitcoin is a scarce currency and a new one that is still in its infancy, it has a very long way ahead of it to go. that means a lot more growing adoption which effectively means increasing price in the long term. and price rise means investors coming in and many seeing this currency as a good investment. but bitcoin will still remain a currency.

Bitcoin is whatever you want it to be. People for once need to stop telling others how to use or name Bitcoin.

If you think it's an investment, fine. If you think it's a currency, fine. If you think it's a store of value, fine. If you think it's a collectible, fine. If you think it's a dildo, fine.

Bitcoin is everything and nothing at the same time, which gives its it strength and long term viability. You can literally shape Bitcoin to how you want it to be. Yes it can be an investment ofcourse. Bitcoin is a high valued coin and many people that are engaged in this type of business. Traders and buy and sellers have to do so in this bitcoin industry. They are the ones who have many profits and invested here in bitcoin world.

I think bitcoin was an investment because we are investing now on bitcoin and hoping to gain in the future. When we invest, we can suffer a loss or we can gain more. Well bitcoin can be an investment or not based on everyone’s plan on their bitcoin.

I think that it's a matter of how you view the things. I've done the same with Deutsche Mark in the past, when inflation in my country was much bigger and I also had some liquidity.
Keeping DM in the bank at 0.25% rate gave some +0.2% profit in DM.
Keeping local currency in bank at 20% rate gave some -5% profit in DM (maybe the numbers are not very accurate).
Keeping local currency at home... ouch!

Since I've done this for profit (also to not lose money) I've also seen that move as an investment.
And yes, I also see Bitcoin as a coin and also as an investment. In my eyes the two concepts can coexist.
