For a bettering trader they may see the current situation as an opportunity to buy since Bitcoin drops it's all time low for this year but for the newbie trader the current bearish situation is a traumatic one specially those who bought at above 15k$. But for me if I have some free cash I would add at this current price low risk with  high chance to earn quick profit
