can you give me config for r9 270 "rawintensity" : "4650,5120,5120,4900,5120", "worksize" : "256", "lookup-gap" : "2", "thread-concurrency" : "4732,6336,6336,4945,6336", "temp-cutoff" : "90", "expiry" : "30", "log" : "5", "queue" : "0", "scan-time" : "1", "device" : "0,1,2,3,4", "shaders" : "1280", "scrypt-vert" : true This is what mine looks like, all of these are the same card. As you can see some of them require specific settings, I've no idea why and it took me ages to get it just right. Keep in mind this is also using vertminer, so there's a rawintensity setting as opposed to the usual intensity. Some people report being able to push their TC up to 10k, but anywhere past my settings produces HW errors for me.. You'll have to mess with it for awhile.

you're right yup, i know Well it was changed now. People are going to be surprised when this hits a bigger exchange. Like always people will sell cheap, we all know that. Those who wait a little, will get paid. Once this catches wind, the big doggs will come in and I'll sit back and watch the show.

I just hate those who didn't put an eye this coin and lost the chance to mine at first.
I notice this on cryptocointalk and mine right after it launched. I DID mine some coins and other friends also mined many.
I am not in their team and don't wanna be one. Everyone can mine so this cannot be called premine I think. Also, instamine but everyone can get them, so what?
Those who loves to ruin new coins please fuck off.
Yes, they are everywhere. Never really gonna get rid of them. You know some people complain regardless of the situation. I was lucky and just happened to notice this thread at the top of the announcements and jumped on it right away. I just hope the dev keeps up his end of the deal while we mine away.

Umm does the diff retarget seem a bit long to anyone else? 24 hours worth of blocks is a bit insane if you ask me. Right now the diff is under 1 and the hash at 170k for the network. Isn't that going to leave the dedicated miners in a lurch for a couple days if alot swap off after retarget? I would think 60 blocks would be way more realistic.

Dear miners and traders,
We're working hard to make execoin more and more popular and to add it to major exchanges. But we need some help from you to promote Execoin in cryptocoin community. Any posts to forums, blogs, positive comments are appreciated and will help our coin to become more popular and valuable!
Also, if somebody can do translation to other languages or make posts to local forums please contact us at support@execoin.net
Thank you!
Yours, developers team

Yes, you right, this is reasonable. We're thinking to modify retarget time, but not right now. It's not a good time for a hard fork :-)

Yours, developers team I'd be happy to help, as this looks like an interesting and unique coin (for a change). But how do you explain the difference between this one and other N-factor Vert/Scrypt-Jane coins, other than the fact that it's ASIC/multipool resistant? Is there a dedicated dev team behind it and what are the plans for the future (other than getting listed on all exchanges, increasing in value etc.)? Don't get me wrong, I'm mining it right now, but I'd like to know more.

Looks interesting.
But what about the diff retarget time of 24 hours? Is there a possibility that this is going to be a problem in certain scenario's?

For now, major short term goal is to create a large Execoin community. This is a key factor to make execoin really successfull and to have grounds to implement global plans for the future :-) Current short term goals: improving stability and providing even better security of coin infrastructure. For example, we're planning to implement more DNS seeders on independent domains (not related to development team). Also, we need more independent full nodes. We have a dedicated developers team, but we beleive community should be a part of development and improvement process and will appreciate your participation. We have an idea to integrate execoin into everyday online payment systems, but it should become very popular and well known before we can start discussing implementation of this idea. Differences between Execoin and, say, Vertcoin are in modifications of the algorithm. Execoin has faster block time and so the faster confirmation of the transactions. Execoin's N-factor schedule was created from scratch, we have the next change of N way earlier than Vertcoin to be ahead of newer ASICs.
