But who needs all this stuff besides community? Who will buy and use it? Man you know - without demand this coin will perish. Sad but true.

I guess you could say the same about any altcoin really. What gives a coin value is it's people and support. If people believe in something value comes with it. Look at Doge, absolutely nothing behind it other than a tip bot. People like it and they have supported some projects around the world. People love the Spartans and their strength to overcome incredibly weighted odds. It is also extremely fun to use their quotes, meme's and general feel around Sparta and 300!

Oh and the fact people are already trying to sell for around the 10 satoshi mark shows it already has value in peoples eyes

There was a leak about an exchange which would generate transaction value, people supporting other projects using Spartan, especially competitive events. Followed by stores, online sports shops, fight shops there's loads we could do with the coin. If Spartancoin can be used to purchase discounted sportswear or even to fund teams, Children's development in the competitive world i can't see why people wouldn't see value in SpartanCoin. These are just a few of the examples that have been flying round and already have some ground works done

The devs spent a lot of money it is not a cheap video, it is a professional production, they used the same Coca Cola angle, if you drink coke you will be surrounded by beautiful girls.   

It was not luck not because the price went up, it was a calculated and effecting marketing strategy.   

We need to do the same thing.   

We need a hook, Spartans are associated with hard work and training so maybe get a famous athlete or UFC fighter to promote Spartan coins to the people in the fitness industry. 
Then we can give out lots of paperwallets on the streets when the campaign hits the general public.

Get this up on mintpal to get a market value. Then its possible to sponsor someone. But one thing can't happen is everyone and their brother running off sponsoring someone just because. Like so and so's sister in a band cause just because. Or little mikey's juggling act cause grandma thinks he is cute.
