TBH, I'm still not sure what will they play. They opted for that against Atalanta, not quite sure they will leave flanks so open against City and play 2 up front.

I expect more of an 4-4-1-1 with Olmo in free role and Petković as a target man but Bjelica is a good coach and is mixing formations quite nicely recently so it is hard to say.

No matter the actual formation, I still like that odds of Dinamo scoring a goal.

Since I sucked so hard in our German pool last weekend, I will now focus on the CL pool guys... Sorry about that!

There's a German pool?  You guys sure sucked at getting the word out.  Would've joined there too if I knew somebody got it up going.

I think there's another as well. Someone PMd me a while back asking if they could do it. Would be cool if people started doing them for multiple leagues around the world. I'm good with just the PL and CL though (and the Euros/World cups when they come around. CL is already difficult enough to pick and I don't know enough about any other leagues to make even half accurate predictions.

Yes we do (only 10 guys though) but we didnt "go international", meaning we didnt promote it outside the German local forum, haha. Was already too late when I thought about that even though we have only played 3 rounds so far - the thing is, we are using a German site for the pool so it  would be difficult for Non-German speakers I guess.

You should use superbru next time and maybe more players will get involved.

Other than that, our pool rocks though with a nice prize as well as great sponsors! The biggest German language betting forum as well as Sportsbet.io are supporting our pool! =)

It was very profitable night for me, I lost just one bet (City over 3.5 goals), but it was meh day in predictor. I got little points mainly because City and PSG didn't scored enough goals. I'm still very close to bottom table and very far away from leaders. Probably too much lost on first round.
Speaking about Wednesday games, I think that Slavia can make an upset against Borrussia. They are very solid team and it will be so difficult for BvB to win.

Kudos to all you guys who bet on Dinamo Zagreb, I almost wanted to do it too when I saw the HT score at 0-0, but I was watching the other match at Juventus and see Ronaldo finally get his goal. SO many goals scored last night, so far very exciting.

Tonight's my night though, hoping for many goals. My man is not in the line up of course but for the next few games I'm happy if we just let Messi rest fully and get 100% fit before we play him again!

I got most of them wrong, got 5 points from 8 games. The biggest shocks were Real and a win for Red Star.
Let's hope I catch up today, CL predictor punishes players who do group stage badly so there's not much time to get back in the game.

Inter is indeed have better performance in the local league compared to Barcelona, but we are here for the CL. Sometime a team with great performance in local league cant show the same performance in the CL. Barcelona is still Barcelona with very great history in CL but on other side Inter is also improving this season so I expect a tight match with many goals like my prediction for the pool 2-2 (I may change it though)

No need to worry mate, I did very bad prediction as well since the first round of the group stage and it brings me to 16th position on the leaderboard LOL but I wont give up till the end of the competition.

Some surprising results yesterday. Glad I didn't put any bets on because Real Madrid would have let me down. I'm surprised they managed to claw themselves back. No idea why Bale wasn't even in the squad. I thought Zidane had started playing him now. Spurs got spanked. Good job that wasn't in the knock-out round because good job coming back from 7 away goals scored.

I did shitty in the predictor, and made 4 underdog bets but lost them all (Brugge broke my heart by leading 2-0 at half time but bleeding Ramos found a way back for them).

Good thing I made a hedge parlay on most of the favourites (except Real, fortunately) so I'm still on a rather high note on the Champs League campaign so far.

Regretting changing my picks in Superbru because I made 3 changes that were originally right. So I'm leaving tonight's games in.

@leea that was me in Sportsbet thread maybe. I picked 17/1 for Red Star and Bayern to progress from the group. Spurs will really struggle, but remember they did it by the skin of their neck last campaign and went to the finals. So don't give up just yet!

It started well enough for you. Inter already has the lead but Barca at home is usually much better than Barca away. I have both to score on this match so early goal by Inter was the best possible situation for me as well.

We had quite a few early goals in this matches. Too bad I don't have simulcast, it would be perfect for night like this.
