Also when we talked about time we noticed few problems. First, 1 day = 1 coin, but 1 hour = 0.04166666666666666.... and that its not looking that great anymore (we would need from exchange special implementation of units like hour, minute etc). Second thing, we have only 24 hours per day (im so smart damn!). My point is, if we want sell 1 hour of programmer work, it will be VERY EXPENSIVE hour.
These are the only some 'logic' problems, maybe your idea is so great that we dont have to care about mentioned things.

this one is more simplier to bring INTO THE REAL LIVE.the other have to explain and teach to the "non-miners" community about cryptocoins generally and to prove that exactly their coins is nice and useful and bla-bla..

at the beginning WE are ourselves this "REAL" community that the other coins have to win!2. plattformat the moment we are about 100 miners of 365coin who's interested in its rise!

that means each miner generates 0,01 coin a day. means 0.00125 coin/working-hour from a rig
as a constant we take medium specialist earns 10-30$/hour. => 1 coin = 8000-24000$ (16-48 btc)
b) let see it from the other side
we have 1 satoshi = 1 working-sek of a man (1coin = 100mil secs = ca. 28k hours)
very simple (non qualified) job may = 1$/hour => 1 coin coitains 28k hours = 28k$ (46-56 btc)
sure, the more miners, the higher price of coin.

So i 100% agree that we need to make currency some way useful before it hit exchange (it will hit exchange in natural way when will be useful). I dont think charity is way to go... every 'fair' coin now try this way but only doge is big enough to get publicity this way.
