So it's 'journalists' making the claims, not forum members.

I'm not saying that the coin itself is a scam.
I'm saying that the claims made by people on this forum are not backed up by what has actually been said.

Sounds at least semi-official to me.  If the legal counsel for the Lakato is aware of what they are doing, there is backing for this.  I think they just are not yet certain as to how big it will be,  but is this hits $100m market cap.... it is going to be taken seriously.
