Does anyone know why headlines are only synced at 96.3% and block syncing hangs on August 29, 2018? Has anyone had this problem?

Looks like the metronome is not configured properly.
Make sure your private metronome info is set on bitcoin.conf file inside BLE datadir. In case you missed it, you can use the public one. Add this to your config file:

metronomeAddr=185.243.112.123
metronomePort=8332
metronomeUser=metro
metronomePassword=metronews1

Then restart wallet.

I think this is much better and safer option than Proof-of-Stake mining.

There are still no exchanges for BLE coin.
I think BLE coin is still in early experimental stages,
and maybe they need to add more people and developers in team to help them.

Adding to an exchange is infinitely easier than adding to a pool . . problem is, I dont think Bitcoin-LE is paying for any exchanges, so only the wise ones will add the LE Wallet and begin making commission .

There are so many hundreds of scam\clone\boring coins out there that HAVE to pay to get listed, this is an exception and the truly technically-capable will realize and add the coin
