The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

What's the point of mining this?

Marketplace looks empty

1K is already being sold for 0.01. Ridiculous.

This currency has existed for a whopping 9 hours, have you ever witnessed a coin launch?

The marketplace is peer to peer, like ebay, meaning you can buy and sell whatever physical/virtual item you want.

The potential is certainly there.

The coin is being sold at 500 satoshi/coin. That's 0.005BTC / 1K credits.

Coin is dying already. Lmao

I can vouch for PityThePool. Mined 2 hours there with more than 200mh/s.

I don't see where you're getting your figures plus the coin just launched.

Buyers please read

I'm willing to sell 21,000 CREDITS for 0.6BTC.

This is a rate of 0.03BTC/1K CREDITS, lower than any of the sells you'll find on this forum's marketplace.

Escrow or other suggested methods. See my profile for more trades.

The reward does go up and yes there is a point in mining now. If you actually actively day trade your coins you can keep making profit it before the word increases every 2 weeks.

How well does KGW work in that regard? 13k per block won't matter much if the difficulty is through the roof.

Credits will be live on www.cryptoaltex.com shortly, standby Smiley

Two exchanges in one day

The first one turned out to be a scam/everyone had their coins stolen.

This one isn't reputable so I would warn against using it until we get on a bigger exchange. Keep up with the play.

I would like to add that we didn't even know about either of these exchanges until they announced that they were using Credits

So..

Trade with caution

I second that. They are relatively new but definitely not a scammer

cryptoaltex is relatively new,

I used it from launch ,its fast , very fast, never had a transaction go wrong, the one time i did whithin 5 mins of moaning the site creator was talking to me reminding to confirm with email..
everything starts somewhere i would just like to say I have not seen any underhanded events.

no I do not know the site owner, just an honest opinion

CryptoAltEx is new and Blackcoin was their first coin (they were the first to list it). They had 130BTC volume up until BC was listed at MintPal and everybody jumped ship. I've been chatting with the owner and you can too over at http://irc.cryptocredits.org/
He's very open to recommendations and so far has been very honest.. especially concerning he could've bailed with $100k+ worth of coins within his first day and didn't.
