I think that it is worth investing in both of these coins, as they have approximately the same chances of growth. Ripple and Ethereum will fight for the second place for a long time and I like it.

At the moment, Ripple has a huge transaction rate per second. Ripple is the first coin in the crypto market for this indicator.
Ethereum has a huge number of tokens and thanks to them it is so popular.
Each coin has its own purpose and they are not competitors.

If I choose only between these projects, my choice would be Ethereum. This project has helped to generate a lot of projects, whether they are good or bad-this will solve the story, but the fact that Ethereum has helped someone to appear, this is a good part of it.

Lord, you have here to add DogeCoin and you picked a good unnecessary projects. Ripple is a project that is not about blockchain at all, but Ethereum is the main fraud in the crypto market.

Although, Ripple has gained some grounds over the past one year but i would still go for Ethereum, which is more established coin compared to Ripple and it is also very good for long-term investment.

Ripple can have long and short term investments, it is better to invest in Ripple long term because the price is dropping now.

Ethereum of course I like more because of smart contracts , but in real life I think I have more potential to earn due to the fact that banks work with them

Ethereum does compete for the top numbers on Coinmarketcap so they are close with their competitiveness. Ethereum is what I've selected because Ripple regulated and centralized their coin and is working on doing it more.

I like more Ethereum than Ripple, it provides us the best platform in my view and many tokens based on ERC20 wallet, this must go much quicker up than XRP.

Ripple value is rather high. There was a moment, when its value was larger than bitcoin's one. So ripple worthy to invest.

I know that Ripple is among the top ten cryptocurrencies in terms of market capitalization, along with Bitcoin, Ethereum. The Ripple currency system differs from other cryptocurrencies primarily in the absence of a chain of blocks when performing transactions and the banking sector is very loyal to RIPPLE.

I think that you need to invest in both of them or if to choose among these two you should give preference to Ether because it is the second after BTC. To my mind, it is better to choose this one
If you choose only between these two coins then yes, it is better to invest in both these coins in order to get financial profit. Ripple may soon overtake Ethereum by capitalization, it is developing rapidly, but it is worth remembering that this is not a crypto currency and you need to be careful with it. Ethereum is certainly a popular and strong coin, but lately it has been losing ground, so I would choose other coins to invest in.

It seems to me that these two coins cannot be compared at all because they have a completely different technology. but I'm more sympathetic ethereum

Many people start to invest in Ripple instead of Ethereum. These 2 giants are fighting for the second and third place in the list. What do you think is wise to invest to?

Ripple of Ethereum?
Check out the charts in the past and make up your mind:

Ripple: https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/ripple
Ethereum: https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/ethereum

I prefer ethereum because I am aware of it from the start of it rather than ripple. But as I make a research you cannot compare two different coins. But I rather choose ethereum because it is proven and tested by many users but for now ethereum drops its value and a good idea to sell. In terns of buying maybe it is the best time to buy. I recommend ethereum than ripple.

if it's ordered to choose between the two coins for the place of investment I think many choose the ETH because it has been tested and trusted and it has been acknowledged that the ETH is number two coin after BTC, but it is undeniable that XRP lately is indeed stealing the attention traders and investors.

I would not think long, I will make a choice in favor of the ETH project, because I see no reason to talk about something else, since for me the XRP project is not a cryptocurrency, it is a project that is very similar to cryptocurrency, but it is not cryptocurrency

I'd always go in favour of Ethereum over Ripple anytime, because over time Ethereum has won my heart over with its Smart Contracts and DApps, It has also proven to be the best platform when it comes ICOs. Ripple serves a bit different purpose as it main use is for digital payment network and protocol.
In the long run it will be wiser to Invest in ethereum rather than ripple because ethereum will always be in demand due to numerous projects running on its blockchain.

for me here i do prefer investing in Ethereum than Ripple. Here is my reason, there have been so many other altcoins built on the Ethereum Blockchain and when the Ethereum Network gets back stable, The ETH Token will definitely be greater than Bitcoin
