Taking a stab at posting these.  I have reduced my unit size for my MLB plays.  I didnt post earlier but so far 2-0 today with phili and st louis.  Wont count it towards my record since i didnt post them.

Actually finished the day 4-0 but only posted two of the plays so i am only tracking what i posted.  I am changing the title of the thread now since i have more than one sport and will keep the units separate.

I have updated my tracking sheet to add in MLB and have the MLB totals separate from the NCAAB totals.  I will do the same as i make bets in other sports.  Maybe some hockey soon and eventually NCAAF and NFL.

As you can see there are three MLB games listed on that sheet for tomorrow.  I need to double check these plays before i officially lock them in.  I will be doing that shortly.

Starting today 4/1 (April Fool's Day) you both begin tracking your picks using PickMonitor.com. We'll collect donations and on 5/1 (May Day) we'll award the prize to the UNIT WINNER. Brian and Jeremy can appoint an escrow (myself or someone else).

My initial contribution is 10 mBTC. Who else wants to contribute to the great work these guys are doing?

To be clear I am not jabbing at anyone's record. What I am doing is trying to get him to include unit amounts in his totals.

I used to tail play from other people in the past. During my time doing that I noticed a few things that anyone who post plays should do if they want to be transparent and trust worthy.

1) Keep a record
2) Include unit amounts with your record
3) Try to post your plays or early or inform people that you will have plays and the time you plan on posting them.

The whole reason I gave up tailing was because people got to lazy to the the second and third thing. I found that I would sbr to swift trough a giant spread to calculate the unit totals which could have been easily done from the get go. I also found myself sitting and refreshing a thread over and over wondering if the guy had any plays he was posting that day.

Trying to have two people in a forum partake in a contest between each other would be bad for everyone who tails the peoples plays. Why is this? Well it might force them to start posting plays they normally would not play if they fell behind in the contest. When they start doing that there is a greater chance that those plays end up losing which in turn causes anyone following to lose money also.

@brian, I think "jabbing" is a very fair description of what has been happening. You posted things like "All ML favorites? This won't end well."

As for the contest negatively impacting your picks, I strongly disagree. The goal is to win regardless. I'm sure neither of you wants to spoil your reputation for a little battle that's entirely in good fun.
