This is a very important point. Differences in the address bar may be minimal. I never follow unfamiliar links. You have to be very careful to keep your capital.

The other point which I will like to mention that many of them often advertise on google search engine so when you search the name of a particular exchange on google then on the top you will see that fake exchange listed in advertisement section.

For those of you traders, please be careful with fake exchanges, because I found a VERY SAME exchange that makes no difference at all like the exchange on EtherDelta, the fake exchange link that I saw I got from my Gmail inbox, which message it was contains about giving tokens like AIRDROP, and there I am given a registration form link and in the form there is a fake EtherDelta link, and this is the link http://EtherDelta.website, and this is the original EtherDelta link https://etherdelta.com/. There is no difference at all in the two exchanges, the images, features and others are exactly the same, so please be careful.

Secure your private key, secure your wallet, do not easily believe things that invite you to get rich instantly, do not easily trust advertisements, because crime is not just at one door, who knows there are many other fake exchanges, therefore be careful.

That's horrible, right. That's why we need to read a lot, learn the situation, and get experience to make us aware of what is fake and which one is real. Make your wallet totally secured  by locking it tightly. Moreover, don't click any ads link easily. I've never trust any of it till now and it works well for me.

well, I guess it's indeed quite difficult to distinguish when many new exchangers appear. however, I feel that this can be avoided by choosing well-known exchangers such as binance, liqui, bittrex, and others.

To determine the fake exchange, the real exchange site was https:// and the fake exchange was also like this http:// if there is no " S " you better stay away from it and don't you ever try to click that site it might be a trap for you to hack your account also. Have a good day

Have some tips too!!
Don't use it if you are not sure it is legit. There are so many good and well-known ones that you shouldn't have to ask yourself that question
However, if you want to use a newer unknown exchange, check for:
Does the exchange has unrealistic promotions = probably scam
Does the exchange offer credit card and bank deposit = less likely a scam
Does it have a long history? (Check domain age for example)

and not only that the identity fake exchanges.usually they trying to manipulate trading volume to attrack new users.when they get much users that trades cryptocurrency in their exchanges, and much balance in their wallet its time to running.this exchanges will have many reason for this and would not give back balance of their users.

you should be careful with the exchanger that we rarely meet, even more so when the coin sells cheaper, and buys expensive. besides, make sure the volume is in the market. Well, for now, I think a lot of people are using this to make a lot of money

Yes you are right there fake exchanges also putting their huge effort for attracting the people to mail exchange but after only realised that we are taking a big mistakes in this situation so in this type of things we need to be more alert and more prevented otherwise we will easily failed to pick the right.

The main difference between good and fake exchanges will be simple at the end you only we can see the result if it was passed through it will be a good exchange or if it was negative we cannot be do anything against them our investment are vanish.

Better to check first their website and look for some feedback's to evaluate if their is no problem with the other traders. Mostly scam or fake site don't have that legit feedback and mostly are newly created exchanges. If that you are afraid of submitting KYC, better to look for another one but mostly that is required before we can do withdrawals and don't have a choice but to comply it.

at this moment much people trying to make fake exchanges.daily circulating money in cryptocurrency very big , and they take this opportunity as wicked plan.building fake exchanges and unable withdraw feature be their main action.

You are too paranoid, how you will develop and grow self-confidence.
not all KYC is dangerous, and you have to try it. lots of good and quality exchanges. Binance is one of them.

Yes, I also received such a mail, and I lost a decent amount. It's a shame to horror. Therefore, I now use only verified exchanges.
