ETH market is being plagued by inflation and it was caused by the massive dumping of ETH in the market by the ICOs. Lol. You are not far from the truth! Basically, this is just a phase of the market and it usually does not last forever as there would always be a change in trend at some point. A lot of people really do not get it that as a market goes lower, that certainly bring about an opportunity to buy more since the long term anyway is still certain and this is just the beginning.
