I believe that regulation will have a positive effect on the development of cryptography in general. This does not mean that you have to advertise your income, which means that you will be more protected.

In my own opinion, regulation is very important and this plays a vital rule in a certain community, organization, country and even in this crypto world and of course in this forum as well. Without this regulaton an entity will never run. Just like this forum, we have lot of regulation implemented here, so if there was no such thing, this community will never prolong and it will be in trouble and chaos since no regulation is being followed.

I think it's right. In any business, regulation is necessary. After all, it helps to monitor and analyze any process. This is especially important in the crypto currency. This is my opinion on the general observation of the work of the crypto currency.

I believe regulation is synonymous to acceptance. Regulation makes anything legit. Regulation provides safety nets both for government, people and the community as a whole. It is essential in all business activities to protect both the government and business players.

all the rules made are good, if there is no regulation, of course all is uncontrolled. let alone an investment like in bitcoin. Of course the rules in bitcoin always keep the existence of those who invest in them. because this is not a toy, this is our business capital. in bitcoin will certainly always maintain someone's account very strictly for sure. so the rules are good if they exist.

From my point of view, regulation can help the crypto-currency world to start a completely new frontier in its development, but the only other thing is that crypto-currencies today have very great opportunities in anonymity, but this problem will soon be resolved.

I agree with you, to completely implement cryptocurrency with support of the government it really needs to have regulations. Regulations helps government to accept the technology and assist that it can't be used in the illegal transaction. It also helps people and government understand each others in using the technology. For me, regulation can provide security and safety both government,  people and the technology.

In my view, regulation will be good for Crypto industry. As we can now see  that many Govt are looking for ways to regulate the industry.

Regulation will be a good thing in the long run. It will build trust for the industry among the masses thereby resulting in mass adoption. With regulation, people will feel more comfortable and have a sense of security to invest in crypto.

I don't believe that regulation means we have to declare our portfolio. Just as nobody cares to know exactly how much you own in the bank.

Regulation will also help in curbing the possibility of using crypto to launder money and place a check and balance in ICO which will make it very difficult for scam ICOs to operate.

I say regulation will in the end be a good thing for crypto..

What's your view about it?

If you had asked people few years ago their opinion would be completely opposite of what you're seeing in this thread and it's understandable. I think regulation can help more people get involved in crypto and overall it will be extremely helpful in wider adoption.

The existence of regulation must have a cause, whether it is for the sake of common interest or not. I judge regulation for cryptocurrency is actually good with the aim of avoiding various ways of crime. maybe one of them is to avoid money laundering, because that can happen. With these concerns, the rules appear or are made.

By regulating the crypto industry, the crypto currency will lose its essence. This can happen gradually. What will we get as a result? Controlled centralized applications, services using blockchain?

For ICO really need some regulations. Most of the scams come form the ICO and in other side people dump or scammers that much smart to scam that person. But it's really matter how regulators work with regulation. If they just wanna control all the things just sake of their own profit then not that much meaning.

Regulations are needed to crypto space, especially on ICOs as we have too many scam ICO and investors funds
are not protected. So regulations are necessary but have to be cautious not to over regulate the market.

When it comes on being regulated then expect for this thing to happen where anonymity will be fully discovered once we do able to make such transition.Ill prefer on crypto on having this way yet this is the sole purpose on why its being created.

Regulation is perhaps not as good as the full understanding and research of blockchain. I think we need fresh ideas how to regulate everything with it, not people.

Obviously the association is great out in the open life and in the realm of encryption specifically in light of the fact that the association gives security to financial specialists and their trust in the task is more noteworthy and dependably the aftereffects of the association positive

What's your view about it?

I prefer to be free and responsible for my security.  I do not expect nor want the government to interfere with my dealing.  I'm very surprised you guys want governments involvement in your life.  You realize these fucks kill people by the millions yearly.  It's a danger to yourself and children to keep these madmen in charge.  The governments are so completely perverted at this point I cannot believe people are crazy enough to go along anymore.  Come on guys think about it.  Freedom is hard.  It's not easy but its better than letting these assholes tell us what to do or how to run the movement.

In short term just mention of the regulations created huge fud, but as the time goes by I believe that when ICOs get better regulations there will be no more bans and investors will be back in even greater numbers!

You need to understand that the regulation in government eyes look very different from your what you see. First of all, they need money from you, so the first step will be putting taxes on crypto holders, next step - make crypto as licensed industry and sell a license, and after that ... may be think how to improve the first two steps.

In an utopia regulation would be a bad thing. For this thing to flourish no regulation is wanted or needed. However, current powers are able to kill the whole thing with ease, so if them having to enforce a bit of regulation so they will accept blockchain/crypto AND it has some benefits for the community too (like less scams, less volatility etc) I would totally not mind some form of regulations.
