Too many exchanges?

very unique where in the cmc list not only write about crypto coin rankings, they also write the best crypto market standings and it turns out that there are lots of them and compete with each other, I also see more new ICO projects that bring the exchange market as their strength, actually this is not well because too many markets will only divide the volume fundamentals which can actually be arranged well in some popular markets.

But I chose not to do a lot of testing and trust in only 5 markets that I considered familiar. there are many markets that are not in accordance with my capital capabilities, for example ethfinnex which requires a minimum deposit of $10k to be able to conduct trading activities, and this will not reach many traders because it only depends on exclusivity.

Its very good and there are many reasons for that ,first there wouldnt be 1 or 2 bigest, so much more dificult to manipulate with price,low fees and etc only best would be alive.

As of now they still creating more exchange and most of the ICO projects are now exchange and I think its because the number of investors and traders are become double so that they keep on creating exchange. In every exchange there are different volume and token so I think it is the reason why there are many exchange.

I agreed with what you said because the crypto business is a broad business and the last time I checked we have the total number of 2093 coins and token on capital market not to mention new project and coins/tokens which are to be listed. How ever, in other for crypto currency to be mainstream we need much exchange and payment system.

Many exchanges are not a problem. Instead, it will make the crypto world grow. But the problem is the guarantee of the customer's assets that exist at the exchange, there must be rules so that all are fair and accountable. At present there is an exchange concept that offers more benefits such as profit sharing from their fees, this is fair to investors and holders of tokens on the exchange.

Even there are tons of exchanges we tend to only used few of it, its good to have option and find some difference from each other but always be careful in using them.

lots of exchanges isn't this better? this can be a sign of the excitement of the crypto world, the more business people are going on, the more exchange rates that can occur if we can react well, this can be an advantage for us in the future, it all depends on how we manage is it appropriate or not.

There are many exchanges launching in the market but we will join their exchange according to the coins we have. There is no compulsory to join in every exchange and choose the best exchange where potential coins are listing like Binance, Upbit etc.

Many exchanges will grow for the traders like us. they will have changes in transaction fees, lower transaction fees for new exchanges and they must always explore and develop new technologies to enhance security levels.
The most essential thing for traders for a trading platform is their credibility and the level of security. If it is not good, investors will have no reason to participate in the transaction there.

Benefits: Traders will benefit from preferential policies of exchanges.
Negative impact: trading floors have to compete fiercely to get a good volume and that reduces the revenue of the exchanges. => market capitalization will be reduced => community development cost deficit and partner.

Actually, I do not usually trade but I tried to join from some different types of campaign and it requires me to exchange the tokens from exchange sites. For me, the negative side of many exchange sites are some of those beginners in trading just like me are getting confused because there are a lot of policies we should follow from every exchange sites and they have different methods to cash out or trade your token to other cryptocurrency.

Recently there have been new exchanges, which is not bad, it is beneficial, but we must be very careful, because I know cases that have inserted money in new exchanges that have resulted in Scam. I think that today we must be very careful with this, because the known is the best ... Having too many exchanges is not a problem, unless you’re the type that is jumping from one exchange to another.
If you do that you will end up jumping to the hands of scammers. There are good exchanges that are popular and has good reputation.

Maybe you should just be making use of the top exchanges instead of bothering yourself about how many exchanges there is. Top exchanges are less likely to disappoint.

Having too many exchanges is not a problem, unless you’re the type that is jumping from one exchange to another.
If you do that you will end up jumping to the hands of scammers. There are good exchanges that are popular and has good reputation.

There's no problem in having many exchanges at least they have a lot of competitors which means they do their best on having a good service. Good service and a good reputation are having a lot of traders that make a volume grow in exchange. So the best thing is you must choose a good exchange site which you can earn a profit and didn't have a problem when it comes to withdrawal funds.
