hacked wallet is possible, it is caused by the user himself because of phishing. but if the user is smart, a hacker of any kind won't be able to hack the crypto wallet.
Phishing is just your irresponsible i think. Because you have to specially book marks which of those website or wallet very important for you.
Another thing is you have to keep your private key in safe place, Online store definitely big threaten to affected by hacker.

Yes, if by hack you mean somehow get access to someone’s wallet. Your private key can be stolen like any other password.

No, if by hack you mean generate a private key for an existing public key. Till now no one can. It can be done by brute force but that will take impractical amount of time.

I can’t say the same for all crypto, but all the major currencies is next to impossible to hack

The rule is very simple when it comes to keeping your wallet safe, which is: do not give out your private key.
The reason it is called a private key is because you alone is meant to know about it.
Never trust anyone with it.

If you are taking about a single self wallet hacking , then I can see it’s 99.99% impossible only if the owner gives out the details like email access of wallet password otherwise no one can hack it.

if hackers are interested in your wallets, then you really should be a big whale at least or a cryptocurrency tycoon.  The fact is that a simple user of cryptocurrency will be able to lose their funds or personal information only when they get attention and do everything to lose access codes or passwords.

Yes wallets can be hacked but it requires some sort of carelessness from wallet owner as well, i think if you upload your private key or password at some phishing link or store your data at some unsafe place online your wallet can be hacked.

yes, I agree, negligence is what makes our wallets hacked so all you have to do is keep your private key in a safe place, don't let your negligence make you lose money.

It's definitely able to hack and it will be hacked by someone because wallet is just a man made and if  it is too careless to act and think about the safety of their wallets. It's practically easy Phishing for these hackers if they don't secure themselves in the proper way.

Hacking of wallet is 100% possible that is why even Myetherwallet will caution users not to log on with their PRIVATE KEYS because it is not safe to do so. Phishing is a sure way to get your account hacked and practicing a good security measures can prevent account from getting compromise.

Hacking wallets is very possible, once hackers saw a loop hope to your wallet, they can successfully hack your wallet, like if they find their way into your email account, they can get some vital information there that will help them to hack your wallet.

Just like an account where one's fiat currencies are kept so also is wallet where digital assets or cryptocurrencies of crypto lovers are kept. Can the wallet be vulnerable to hacking and if possible how can that happen? If you have experienced it before, I want to learn from your experience.
Yes every wallet is prone on hacking specially you are connected into the internet, if you store your private key into your facebook, gmail or any other online that you can store private key it was easily to be hack, there is a lot of phishing site if you didn't look for it it was a scam site so better store your coin into a ledger.

Possibilty yes if you ever share your private key to the public or someone. or log in using JSON/private to the DEX market almost simillar as etheredelta/forkdelta and other. And also log in to the wallet application on Android which is vulnerable to stolen data.
if you don't want that to happen, I suggest using an offline wallet.

Even the big  exchanges are breaking in now, so there's nothing impossible. I would like to believe that hackers won't think of how easy it is to crack wallets and steal money.

At the moment, no one has a sufficient level of computing power that would allow you to hack your account only with the help of technical means.

I wont actually call it hacking, in the sense that its mostly as a result of not having password encrypted private key (password for wallet that is being used to encrypt wallet) or your password can easily be broken by dictionary or bruteforce attack.
It is hacking but it happens when we do mistake of sharing our private key with other people we should not share our private key with those bad people who are in search of an opportunity to take away our money and give us lose, wallet gives us high security but we also will have to take care and not to share our private key with anyone.
