I want to know how you relate the risks to profits?
What is the determining factor for you to sell or buy coins?
How many of you are trading short-term?

I just take my decision one at a time base on the current value. I go back to what is my goal when i started in crypto. I don't do high investments in order not to lose a lot.

If you like any project, first you must look to their road map, is there any updates in few months or are they working good etc, and if this is okey I look to price movements, sometimes people invest to coins which has rised 3-4 times in few weeks for example, I dont invest to any coin which has pumped soon so these things important for me when I determine about to do investment.

I am trying to separate my investments and never hold my money at one coin. If I will lose in some I will win in other. I hope I am doing the right things?
Yes, you are doing everything right, because decentralized investments today can really save you and your deposit from collapse. Most of the projects today still work at a loss, or rather, they do not work at all. Therefore, I hope that you will do so.

the thing I did was to buy the top ranking altcoin. because altcoins that have high rankings are more stable than new altcoins. and don't buy when the market is down, like now. if my prediction is wrong, I will not hesitate to sell the coins I bought. although I finally lost.

I have only a short-term perspective! I don’t like to wait and hope for something! I need everything at once!

it is a good way because it quickly determines the choice to sell or buy because the price of coins is difficult to predict so waiting too long will be very risky especially the crypto legality is still floating so we don't know the fate of crypto in the future. So short-term trading can indeed reduce the risk of investing in crypto.

To make a quick profit you need to be able to analyze the market, especially in this market, short-term transactions are very dangerous because you can get stuck in for a very long time, I would refrain from trading now

At the moment I have decided to refuse to invest in cryptocurrency. It seems to me that this path is very dangerous now.

The best way to reduce risk is to invest your money in many different coins. Also, do not invest all your money only in cryptocurrencies. Invest something in a bank deposit and other projects.

The determining factor of me selling a coin is when the coin reach my desire price, I always have a desire price also what determines my buying coin is when we have market dip down like we are witnessing at the moment. Also I do short-term and i prefer it to daily trading

I don't buy coins anyhow because I see people buying it. I make my own research. I ask myself whether a project will be worth it in the long run and if the coins or tokens serve any meaningful value in order to be able to use their services. These questions I ask before I purchase any coin for hodling

After an abnormal growth in 2017, recorded all profits in fiat currency. In 2018, if possible, I bought fallen altcoins, for 25% of the depot. 25% are in bitcoin. I keep the remaining 50% in $, a very difficult period for the crypt now and although the hand is stretching to buy everything that is right now when the prices are so sweet, but you need to have a cold head and take all the risks into account. Although only a little is not being purchased right now, just lazy.

At the beggining of my investment journey i search the project more than 2 or 3 day and i collect every information about it.then I look at the comments ,review about the project but I dont trust them fully. then finally i listen my instinct; if he says yes! i invest it. but without much money ! The quantity wouldn't make me rich or poor Smiley

Unfortunately, I have to say that today, just like you will lose your money, because the market today is trying to squeeze out all the same people who cannot hold a long-term position in cryptocurrency.

I don't like this kind of trade. Because it looks like a casino. If you're lucky you'll make a profit. In today's market conditions it is not profitable to conduct such trade. All coins fall down and it's hard to guess which coins to invest in. I do not deny completely short-trading. Simply this way to not for this time.

I support, I also think about short trading as a game in a casino, so I believe that it is best to analyze the market and try to invest in the long term. That is, I think what is best to think in the future.

Especially in this period, I shift most of my investments (ico) in order to reduce the risk to the successful new exchange. Because the differences between buying and selling is closed for me to be a logical option to reduce the risk.

It seems to me that today the only great idea that can come in order to reduce the possible risks that today are drawn from the past is the averaging of positions on investments, because today prices can not but rejoice.

After a series of unsuccessful orders, it seems to me that the main rule in short-term trading is to get only minimal profit from each transaction, without wanting to set a higher percentage. My trades are usually unsuccessful if orders are overpriced.
