Blockchain technology has to go really far more form now. From 2017 it's getting much attention and even market gets a really good response. We saw many new projects some good and some scam one. Even some gov also wants to adopt it as a part of some solution, not as an investment. Even existing projects also making new updates. ETH also coming up with new updates. The decline of the market means nothing as developers are spending hundreds of hours to make that small steps forward which will eventually lead to a potential mass adoption. Is the world prepared for it? Well, technologically, yes. Look, no one has had a smartphone 10+ years ago: now I see even seniors who are daily using them without problems. The mindset might be a greater problem to solve, but give people a valid reason and show them how can they use it to improve their life, save their time etc. and they will follow you. Technology will always continue to replace the traditional system. There was a lot of platforms are offering instant payment system and that makes sense to see crypto will be valuable in the future.
