It seems that investors have begun to lose their trust in crypto and are trying to switch to other investments that they consider more profitable at this time. We all know that crypto prices over time have always decreased, and we also see a number of scam projects and tokens that have no price. Maybe this is one of the reasons that makes investors start switching to other investments.
Sure, too many scams, exchanges fails, fake news etc. Investors afraid crypto currency now.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I do not think that large investors have returned to the market. It seems to me that it is still early. But I believe that the market will ever recover.

Investors go silent during the bear market and come back fully prepared when in the bull market to prevent losses. All investors are in for profits so apart from traders who are experts, it is not advisable to get in crypto when bottom is not yet expected.

Many investors have lost significant amounts of their deposits during the bear market and are currently wary of investments, expecting the cryptocurrency rate to rise.

With the rate at which the market ca is growing, it is an indication that investors are gradually coming into the market. Although, this does not signify that there will be continuous increase, anything can happen at any point. One thing i am sure of is that, there is every possibility we experience bull run latest by 2020. This year is likely going to experience some meaningful level of growth.

Investor confidence is lowest point since 2017 IMHO and these assumption proves itself after checking the concrete situation on big exchanges. After bear market, i expect institutional money will flow to crypto industry if requirements met by financial markets.

At the moment, few people want to invest in cryptocurrencies on a bearish trend , I think that investors will come when the bullish trend begins , and now especially do not want to buy because you can go into the negative

It seems to me that investors have begun to return to the cryptocurrency market. That is why trade volumes have increased dramatically over the past few days.

Imho the reasons for which ICO projects find few investors are mainly 2:
1) no confidence in the entire sector due to the bear market
2) ICOs must evolve, must guarantee greater trust and guarantees for the investor
The ICOs of 2017 were successful because: it was an innovative way to raise funds and we were inside a speculative bubble

Investors have been waiting for this opportunity for a long time, not all of them were in a hurry to buy at a low price in a weak market, they needed an additional turn of the entire market, now this moment has come and they have intensified

If we consider 2016, then at that time investors were more focused on new projects of the company's ico market. But due to the current situation in the cryptocurrency market, their interests shifted to the benefit of ready-made projects, whose prospects are quite predictable and therefore they are buying coins from stock exchanges, rather than investing in ico companies.

Most investors are now sitting in anticipation of steady cryptocurrency growth. As soon as the tokens of new projects start to grow steadily after the end of ICO, investors will immediately return to the market and begin to invest in new projects.

Yes, quite right in the market more and more projects appear. This is a normal trend everyone wants to earn. And accordingly, investors want to have guarantees and make a profit from their project. And now a large number of investors have failed and lost their invested funds. And now, in order to invest money, investors very competently study the project and then make a decision.

there are many aspects that make people interested in investing, so even though the project has a good concept and team but if in the end they don't get funds from investors then it shows that there are some criteria that are not met by the project so investors are still reluctant to invest in the project
I am sure, if the project really meets the criteria of investors, then investors will not hesitate to invest even when the market is bearish

many investors are hesitant to return to investing now, most investors choose to wait for the market to recover,
few are willing to take risks in bear market conditions, market conditions greatly affect the success of the ICO

Investors are now moving away from ICO investment due to the scam nature of recent ICOs. Most these ICOs do not have any working products backing their token or crypto coin. Investors are now into daily trading with crypto coins which have the potential of making them some reasonable profits than ICOs who will never list their coin.

The sad fact is that a lot of ICOs are scams that negatively affect real, legitimate ICOs. In turn, potential investors tend to stay clear off of all ICOs, and the unfortunate circle continues.

ICOs are failing not because of lack of funding from investors but because of the type of ICOs being launched. Current ICOs have no defined main or purpose to help make the use of cryptocurrency normal to the ordinary man. Investors are interested in ICOs that they can make some profits out of it before they invest, if the ICO doesn't present this, why should they invest....

There are several factors militating against rush of investors in new projects such as: Scam Projects, delay in return on investment and the dwindling of price.
