I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?
If ICO fails, i think because the team not make mature planning, from their partner, marketing, concept and etc. If ask about where are the investors?? Investor still so much spread throughout the world, investors are here, But Investors not fools, they will also choose strong ico and can give him profits for future.
investors now become smart after several time they suffering loss.and by their experience now they were very selective when decided investing in any projects.and now much unqualified projects failed due to their decision.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Of course, if the ICO is financed, it will certainly succeed. It's just that it requires very large funds and not enough with one investor. Now to raise funds is a major problem for the ICO. We know that many ICO projects fail and more ICO fraud projects. So investors are hesitant to invest in ICO.

What is happening now is that investors are certainly hesitant to invest in the ICO. Maybe it's because the project failed or made a loss. With that, there are investors who are still investing in the ICO, but they cannot be careless anymore to invest. Must really look at the project so that the previous unwanted things don't happen again.

Investors are here, but they don't want to invest in a usual cryptocurrencies or ICOs. They want to make quick profit, so they invest in different hype schemes.
When we see the volume of trading in binance exchange is quite large in volume and in my opinion they are indeed all investing for everyday life on existing cryptocurrency. because ico is less attractive and so much harm to them

investors and bounty hunters seem to have the impression and thought that it is equally difficult to find real projects for all ICOs, at this time 75% is a scary thing that makes them no longer trust as they used to and they mostly play in exchanges because they are safer and more certain...

Then you read news like this https://www.coindesk.com/nem-foundation-charts-path-forward-after-8-million-rescue-major-cutbacks

I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but it must mean something.

After such a difficult year, the trust of investors fell strongly and this happened quite naturally, no one wants to risk more than necessary, they are waiting for an improvement in the market or significant changes in the ICO system itself

maybe they are resting, they don't want to waste time and throw away their money with some fraudulent projects that often occur now.
even some ICOs give coins that never grow beyond their ICO prices.
how investors want to appear on the surface if the crypto currency continues like this.

now many investors are starting to hesitate to invest because the market conditions are still unstable, they do not dare to speculate, the market is still very risky and not profitable for investors at this time, many investors are waiting for the right time to re-invest, they will definitely return when the market began to experience significant movements

The hype of 2017 is makes people want to invest their money on cryptocurrency. Unfornately, last year was bad time for crypto. The number of scam projects raised time after time. It makes investor doesnt want to invest anymore. Maybe they waiting for a good moment to back again.

Many investors have left because of the big downturn in the market and the trust in the cryptocurrency has fallen greatly

Not even their ICO prices getting possible when it reaches the exchanges so there is no profits for an investor by investing on it so betger doing nothing than wasting our time on it.But legit projects also can be found in the bear market but it is hard to identify among lot of scam projects.

Maybe some investors don't want to invest but the problem isn't only with investors but the bear market as the same investor invest 1 ETH which has 138$ before it was 400$ for example, so we can have same investors but failed ICO s.

Most investors have been disappointed greatly by numerous failed projects and that is seriously preventing investors from getting involve with other projects. Some projects had excellent idea but the team fails to develop it and so it is no longer just about the idea but how best can the team push through the project also matters.

It seems to me that there is our fault in what happened on the cryptocurrency market, because we tried very hard to advertise cryptocurrency, very rarely mentioning the risks that lie in wait for new users. When the cryptocurrency soared in its prices from the beginning of 2017, everyone thought that the growth process would continue and began to actively invest until the end of 2017. It was a very wrong decision.

The main problem is the bear market, investors hate the situation as they know the price will rise in bear season.
Where are they now? I guess they are chilling because they don't completely leave this market, they are just waiting for the right opportunity to come back again.

ico's failure problem is one of the reasons in my opinion, is the price change of the ico platform, for example in 2018 ethereum the price of $ 500 then in 2019 or at the end of 2018 ethereum prices fall to the price of $ 150, investors will definitely suffer losses because of their first purchase 500, after the fall of the price they suffered a lot of losses, and that greatly affected the price of tokens which resulted in ico failing.
