I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?

Very often it happens that people just can not find such projects. ICO is not PR, and this is not cool for the project. If there is no promotion then no investors will not find exactly. Often this is the main reason why the project is not implemented

It is quite difficult to find investors. In fact, I don't expect to find them if the project is not promoted in social networks. This is a complex process and it seems to me that the probability of finding a lot of investors is great only with good advertising

Due to the effect of market unsability and the condition of cryptoworld now its enough for big investors to lie low and rest for awhile to investing cryptocurrency. But I know if the cryptoworld recovers we can surely see the big investors will come again and gladly to invest. The investors are just observant now.

Whether the project is funded or not, it won't guarantee profits and success for investors. It all depends. It's usually recommended for new investors to buy cryptos from big and reliable exchanges like Coinbase or CEX. They allow purchasing coins with cards which is convenient. And it's clear that it's better to invest in some major coins like ETH (https://cex.io/eth-eur). Only after gaining some experience, it's okay to invest in some smaller projects, analysing their profitability in accordance with your goals.

Maybe, the investors are for now avoiding to invest in order to lessen the risk of losing profit. The market itself is on downtrend which influences the outcomes of the projects. So probably, investing at this point would only give an investor a chance of 40% to earn profit. Maybe, if things will change, huge investors will all be back again.

In this market, no matter how cool the idea of the ICO project was, people will be afraid to invest in it, or the amount of fees will be several times less than expected

Right mate, it seems that investors today are afraid of spending out money for the new ICO not only because of the current market scenario but other factors is the developer mostly doesn't have fair play with the investors. Scams are everywhere and sometimes there are many alibi they made just not to pay investors and bounty hunters, I think they should have to be controlled before crypto fall because of them.

Investors are still around us, maybe they aren't very active today due to market condition and high volatility trend. Investors participation is very important to help things stabilize but the government never helping us to make it possible and give confidence to them. They are actually worried that they might only loss their money rather than of having profit.

With the influx of scam ICOs, investor are very careful now and they are a bit choosy on what project to invest. This year is not a good year for ICO investors because most of them suffer loses. I do hope that this year end and next year 2019, ICO investors will be back and cryptocurrency will be lively again.

Now it is very difficult to understand what happens to the crypto market in the nearest future. Many investors wait for the moment for an entrance for the market. Other part of people waits for something too. Nobody hurries to invest. Now this market isn't predictable.

Investors of all were scared away by the bad provision of the market. Nobody wants to lose the money and on it very few people invest in new projects.

Many investors are disappointed at this time, because of the many ICO scams. Although the concept is good and potential but it's still 50:50 between a scam or not. The crypto image is currently bad in the eyes of investors, hoping that there will be a way to overcome the current scam ICO.

Investors will come when the market will recover and go into growth. And now there is no guarantee in any project that the money will not lose - despite the fact that the project is a promising reliable or fraudulent.

Investors are already invest their money to later ICOs and still waiting for their ROI.
If many ICO not able to bring profit for their investors, there will be no new investors in ICO anymore.
Instead ICO, investors will choose to buying a good coins to add their investment portfolio.

A successful project is the hope of everyone, but right now many investors seems to be a bit wary on the current condition, cause there are many scam project appear today, that what makes the investors to think twice before investing their money.

They are waiting, they understand that it does not matter how good a project can be it is almost guaranteed to fail in the current conditions that we find on the market and also many are tired of being scammed by icos, so even if they have the money they have decided to stay away from icos for some time and some have decided to avoid icos permanently and it is understandable.

The success of a project of course the team has an important role, a competent and active team will certainly be the key to the success of a project even if it is not fully, the role of investors is also important, and here the team must be good at finding investors to join a particular project

And now there are also many new projects that appear and provide real products and very creative ideas. However, this makes the competition even tighter. Some projects that do not have a very good development team, of course, fail. And now there are many fraudulent projects, so this can reduce investor interest in investing.

2018 a lot of ICO even between legit and scam as was already difficult to differentiate. This often makes many investors lack the confidence to inves in ICO. Good ICO not only in view of the project he's doing but in terms of marketing or promotion also should be large so that the investors could be interested to more know more about the project.

There are many factors that deter investors. This fraud, and hacking wallets, and cryptocurrency bans in countries. But good projects that have a great idea, a cool team in any case will gather their investors for investment.
