The ICO market in terms of investors goes down in 2018. 2018 is bad for the ICOs for those who don't have a good concept, team, whitepaper, landing page, etc. My dear friends, the best concept of ICO doesn't need to find investors. The ICO only needs marketing, brand awareness. Investors come automatically by doing his/her homework and invested that ICO. Because investor knows these ICOs help them to make money and hype in the market. The most important part of the ICO is marketing or brand awareness. If you have a good concept and whitepaper, you need to spend money on marketing and development of the project. I assure you, definitely you'll get funding through retail investors. But you need to productized your concept. It should in the profit for the community and investors.

A lot of factors come to play for a project to be success. Funds play a key role but that is not the only player. Before a project becomes successful, it must possess well experienced team with advisors and marketers capable of taking the product to the people and drawing more investors to patronize it. Also, the product or idea must be one which is in demand especially on daily basis because investors must be sure that the project can survive for a very long time. Building a strong and supportive community is one of the key players. Supportive community do not dump the coin but rather create more awareness to grow the demand and value of the coin.

Investors will certainly always be there, but for now investors in an ico are indeed reduced, maybe they are worried that they will not get maximum results if they will invest in ico for now considering the unstable market conditions

If the project is in the ico state, there is no anything can the team do, except believe on their working product and its features and just let the investors bite and make investments on it. ICO's are failing maybe because they are not good for promoting it. They need to be more productive for them to be successful. I think they are luck also in some training ot knowledge for them to have a good promotions. ICO's are not always success so we must accept the fact that there are always who fails and not. That is life all about. Investors should also not just to invest, they just need to have a good knowledge so they will not lose their investments.
