When to expect the 2017 gains again, it is likely going to be 2020/2021 before and After Bitcoin halving. The way things are looking now it seems 2019 will be more of legal tuzzle because with all the moves being taken by SEC recently more hammer will come on most of these ICOs project and that will still shake the space so be prepared

If everyone is focused on the halving, of course we can't see an ascension. Though sometimes whales are moving the opposite of the market. So the dynamics of the market are very volatile. We can't think straight logic.

Last year was really something to be attracted to cryptocurrencies. It was last year wherein the market value of the tokens surprisingly increased in a sudden due to the increase particularly with the demand. I don't know for specifically when it will start, this is global market, we must ready about bearish for a long time, better we doing some work or project on real life. I mean don't focus on crypto world that we know its worse year for it.

Despite all these, i can confidently say that, notwithstanding the bearish market, 2018 has been a very good year for both Traders and Investors alike.

In the 2017 bull run, everything pumped significantly, it did not matter if you got your tokens from airdrop or bounty or anything else because everything was rising, so the market situation positively influenced all coins. Now we have different situation, people drop most of the free tokens they get because they feel safer with Bitcoin and Ether.

In any trading market you need patience as the market wont be same all time and boom period will always be less time living and you cannot expect same boom market to be on every year.

So you have to invest and keep patience and when market start to move you have to react that time.

Same think is with cryptocurrency last year 2017 was the boom time but it took long time to create it, same it will take its own time and then the crypto market will go more high above 2017 ATH, but for that investors have to keep patience and hold their top coins. When the panic sellers will sell their coins the market will automatically move up and you wont be knowing how fast it will move. So you should be ready for it without getting panic seeing the market movement.

I have to disagree with you! The market in 2018 may have been profitable for traders, but definitely not for investors! Even now is not a good time for investors, because the market may fall even deeper. I think Bitcoin could fall below $ 5,000 by December, if that happens then the next support is at a price of $ 3,000

Let's just hope really strongly that the sentiment will turn when the futures on the Bakkt platform launch, or the ETF of VanEck will be approved next year (Februari 2019). If those two events don't turn this market around, I don't know what will..

It is hard to see an era like 2017 because we are in the deep down of the price and no one will know when the crypto market can increase like the last year. But we still have a hope that in the next year, the cryptocurrency market will rise again and every coin will break the highest price so we can back to make a profit again. So no matter if the market now is down too deep, we could still hold the coin that we have, and we can buy another amount of every coin while the price is on the low price.

Current situation of cryptocurrency market is very very bad. We can't predict anything correctly right now. But we can see a litte bit pump on December month and for big bull run we need to wait for 2019.
