Someone actually has time to sleep and have a minute of silence? You're so lucky!

I sleep around 8 hour daily especially if I am not having a night vigil.  I am planning to reduce the time in other to be able to meet up with some working demands.  I think we can actually do more by reducing the time we sleep as time is very important for us and to me it is more important to be at awake than sleeping.

Right now, because I am a busy student, I sleep approximatively 6 to 7 hours during night. My sleeping time is very recovering. To do the same, I suggest you to make your bedroom the best environnement to sleep. By example, have comfy pillows and avoid using your cellphone before going to bed.

How many hours do you sleep in a day and how sleeping actually feels?
I am a early person i wake up at 4 in the morning and taking a nap atleast 30 mins in break time and sleeping at mostly 10:30-11:00 in the evening so more or less i sleep 5-6 hours aday ,for me sleeping feels the whole world turns in silence and the peace of mind serenade by the angels above lol.but really it feels very comforting and relaxing when we have good sleep at night

I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep on workdays and about 9-10 hours on weekends. Seems enough most of the time, but I do like to sleep more on weekends because I don't turn on the alarm and its better for recovery after going to the gym. Falling asleep is not an issue if its absolutely dark, otherwise I get really frustrated and can't fall asleep.

I'm not getting too much sleep and I feel kind of tired but I got to the point I dont feel sleepy anymore. If I go to bed in less than 1 minute I lose consciousness XD
