Usually, I sleep about 6-7 hours per day, in weekend I sleep up to 9 hours, but I recommend to maintain a 8 hours regime.

Well.. Some might say, that it's not enough, but I sleep like 5 - 5.5 hours a day.. And done it for 8 years now..
The advice of many people is correct. How many hours of sleep a day depends on your age, but 5 - 5.5 hours is very little. Minimum 7 hours a day to have energy and spirit for the new day.

i woke up too early today so hopefully i can catch up on sleep tonight!

ordinarily, i'd stay up late/wake up late but since the pandemic have been doing quite the opposite.

I sleep six to seven hours a day.
But I am still sleepy.
I need to drink coffee every day to stay awake.

My sleep quality has not been very good, especially recently, I have a lot of worry and I feel very tired. However, I recently came into contact with this documentary and made a summary. Some methods are still good, you can refer to it.
Do not pursue sleep length, but improve sleep quality.
1. Take a hot bath before going to bed
Taking a hot bath an hour before going to bed can not only relax your body and mind, but at the same time, after your body temperature rises, the process of falling again will make you feel sleepy.
2. Choose a fixed time to fall asleep (suitable: people who often toss and turn in bed. People with chronic insomnia)

I sleep six hours a day.
There is a lot of work to be busy during the day.
Usually do not take a nap.
The mental state is okay.

I sleep for five hours a day.
Because I want to learn.
I drink coffee every day, otherwise I will be sleepy.

I work and rest regularly every day.
I slept for about six or seven hours.
But I need to drink coffee every day to keep my energy for the day.

I was born to sleep less. I sleep five hours everyday and I feel good. I need around 1 hour nap at noon to refresh myself. My mom tried to make me sleep longer but failed in that even I sleep early, then I wake up early. nothing changed in my total sleep length.

when I feel excited or nervous, I sleep less but still, I feel energetic. when I idle time and can sleep as long as I want, I sleep longer but I feel tired. It depends on my mental condition. sometimes the more I sleep, the more tired I feel Angry

It all depends on the state.
Sometimes I sleep for five hours at night, and the next day I feel refreshed.
Sometimes I sleep ten hours at night, and I can sleep another afternoon the next day.

Yea, i know that. I've got my energy through physical exercises. I'm doing 1h 30m every morning, more or less, and with healthy food that gives me energy.

I can sleep ten hours a day, because I am more tired and always feel tired, so I get used to sleeping longer.

Relax and sleep well. One of the simplest reasons for gaining weight is insufficient sleep and excessive stress. Your body functions best when fully rested and relaxed enough.

There are several reasons for poor sleep. The first environment is related to hot summers, cold winters, excessive noise, etc. The second month is related to physical illness, or colds, etc., which can induce insomnia. The third is related to psychological factors, such as family. Disputes, over-fatigue, excessive mental stress, overwork and poor mentality are related to depression, neurasthenia, schizophrenia, etc., maintain an optimistic and positive attitude towards life, rest on time, and pay attention to diet.

Generally speaking, adults only need to guarantee 6-8 hours of sleep a day, except for special physiques, as long as there is not much discomfort the next day, it is normal to sleep less.
