The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I sleep nearly 7 hours but it’s not enough for me . I feel good, but at 10 pm I am already tired and want to go to bed. I think 8 hours of sleeping would be great for me.

When I was still studying, I tried doing a lot of reading and research sacrificing my sleep.  Result?  Lower grades compared to when I strictly observed 6-8 hours sleep whether or not I was able to read my lessons or not.  A fresh mind helps you think better.

I usually sleep about 8 hours at night and about 2 hours in the afternoon on the working days and about 10 or 11 hours on the weekends. But the more I sleep, the more I feel sleepy and I don't really Know how it works.

Now I sleep about 7 or 8 hours and this is really not enough for me. I am very active, do so many things during the day that I need to have a longer time for the rest. And I feel it really good, because my body is very tired after a week.

I usually sleeps for a six to eight hours a day because it is good to have that kind of sleep, if you have less then four hours it can cause to much laziness and you cannot think properly same with oversleep, but if you have that six to eight hours you can think normally.

It fully depends on a day of the wee

Usually I sleep for 6 or 7 hours, but I can let myself get enough sllep on holidays

My personal hell is the night between monday and tuesday. It's a week deadline night, so sometmes I don't sleep at all))

At different times of the year, my body behaves differently. For example, in cold weather i need longer time to rest, in the summer i wake up early.

I sleep 7-8 hours a day. In summer I can sleep less, in winter when it's cold I can easily sleep for 9 hours.

I wish we slept less ( 3-4 hours a day) without any harm to our health.
Or I`d like we could sleep just for fun or doing it just for relax ( like visiting massage procedures or SPA).
Yeah, it would definitely make our life much easier and funnier.

I would be lying if I say that I sleep properly, because I do not have a routine, sometimes I sleep 5 hours, sometimes only 3 hours and on other days I sleep 10 hours.
