They're not responding because they know they are a scam and have no counterargument. They have a budget to hire moronic bump bots but ultimately dont care about the fate of the project. I would assume it's because they simply get paid to produce a scam and arent invested in whether it succeeds or not. Scammers scamming scammers I suppose.

Yes, becides, I know one exchange, which disable fees at all but still have no popularity.

I think you are right, all bonuses would be available for traders, but I don’t know about loyalty and referal system.
