I believe that in trading activity, it is a stressful work especially when you are not gaining any profit and you are losing your investment. However, I think that losing an investment could somehow part of your learning process in performing the day trading. What is important is that you need do some analysis before making any decisions in connection to your crypto investment and trading. I think experience is more important as you may able to familiarize the crypto market movement and it may no longer stressful next time.

I agree. The stress comes from the many requisites that it needs in order to pull of a good trade, and although it may seem easy to say, it's really that not easy to do it, especially right now, since the market is not at its best. Also, the margin to make good deals and trades and usually narrow during the times when the market is weak like how it is now. Therefore, as much as one can really look at the market very closely and do all the requisites, it's also easy to pass by those times when one should be making the trade. But, then again, you just have to make it work if you are serious about trading.

First you have to take risk in investment, without risk no business exists. I have invested in many coins, i do day trade and longterm trade. I always avoid any fraustration if i face any loss. If my coins' price dumps, i try to buy more but to be success in trade you must be a cool minded person who can take risk, do trade in a regularly with your own research. Don't follow other's predictions.

I lost my mental peace by trading, specially crypto market never shuts down, I tried trading using BOTS, I wrote my own code using Binance API, but nothing seemed to work.

I decided to stop trading in the month of July and I am very happy with that decision. Now I am just holding my cryptocurrency, and will sell as an when I gain some profit.

I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

Trading is stressful now because of a very long down market. You cant even expect to survive your tokens.Even your life is in danger if You dont have income because you can't have money to buy food.So stressing this time of crash markets.

Lately, this sector has begun to frustrate people's nerves, but at this point, there seems to be no other choice but to be patient. I think it would come less patiently with good points.

And then i got LISK from $3.50 and in 2 months i have catched $25.. That was great too. But then i have bought Ethereum from $1.100 and that was the end of my glorious days.. As i told you todays tradings very stressful because you usually lost..

No it is not for me because stress is a part of every trade. I think it helps us to improve our trading skill. If there is a stress on the other hand there a way to come out of it.

When Bitcoin was more volatile a few years ago, I day traded and that was stressful as Hell, but the volatility has declined and

I switched trading strategies. (Going long-term now) We all have stress in our lives and investment into Bitcoin is a high risk

investment, so you know what you are getting yourself into, when you start trading in Crypto currencies.  Wink Just minimize

your stress by going long-term with Bitcoin.  Grin

That is a good idea, taking break from trading makes you feel better and trading after gap is more successful.

In this gap you can plan out tour to some beautiful places that will make you feel even better.

Trading is stressful for every single trader. Asking if it is is pretty much pointless because you can google some research conducted in the field.
Here's a very nice article about the stress in forex trading, which is exactly the same as stress in crypto trading.
https://www.quora.com/Is-it-stressful-to-be-a-trader
Imagine having guaranteed bills and obligations but no guaranteed income. This is the exact scenario that drives people into full-time employment in the first place. The risks associated with self-employment are the exact same risks that a Forex trader faces when going it alone.

The biggest stress for me was to go to bed not knowing what the night will bring. I wasn't sleeping well afraid that in the morning I'll see a huge price crash.

It all depends on your approach to it.  If you are just into trading part-time, it can't be much stressful because you don't have all your time into it.
The stressful part of trading is having to keep up with the market abd reading charts regularly, checking up on your holdings all the time.

When I was on trading I agree that it's really stressful thing. Giving too much focused that will lead you sometime not getting enough sleep. I relieved the stress by playing online games while doing it.

For crypto which is volatile, I think you will really be stressed because of the quick movements of the market. Especially if you are day trading and listening only to fuds and hypes and not relying entirely on technical analysis.

Trading bots have reduced the stress in trading. They are made to recognize trends and automatically execute trades thereby reducing the stress for traders.

I haven't tried trading bots. How effective are they? and what are you using right now?

Trading is always stressful. Although this stres destroy most of people and make them a zombie, some people take it as a game or something and use this stress for their benefit. Everybody can find a way to deal with stress, I mostly prefer to run, play basketball or watch a movie. Trading is also a basic way to see your own limits.
