There are times when trading and steadily looking at charts and graphs can be very stressful.. It comes with the business side of the game though, one just has to master it and it becomes less stressful and much more fun.

facing the market situation against a sharp decline in prices over time will certainly make us anxious, and trading in such situations will make us stressed, to avoid burnout and stress relief in such conditions, I leave the trade for some time and forget it for a moment , I prefer to vacation with the beach family and other recreational places for some time so that when the mind is refreshed and the feeling of boredom is gone, then I will start to be active again in the trade.

I believe it is!
What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?
As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!
The crypto market is probably the most attractive place for traders and investors. But it is the most complicated and stressful place when i buy the Altcoins and keep them. But the prices are falling so much i am very panic and insecure.

entertain yourself by playing. games sometimes, or watching movies. You can monitor your trades while watching movie on the other side. Sometimes the only thing that you need is patience and willingness to do the work.

Yes for me trading is stressful most especially if you just new and no idea about it. Like when you are in the learning procees. It is quite confusing where to go, etc. There are also lots of things or process to do before you can trade. It is up to each of us how to handle,do or know the trading in simpliest way.

At the beginning of my crypto - currency career, I tried different strategies of earning with bitcoin, one of which is trading. And I just got on my nerves and lost some of my coins. So since then I prefer not to get involved with this kind of activity. Too risky and unpredictable.

Trading will be more stressful when it is the primary earning of a person. Another thing is the price volatility, if the predictions go out of ours the loss will be massive. I used to get into trading with small marginal profit which won't be that stressful as that of the trade done with high profit margin.

Right. It will be more stressful if you make it as your main source of income.Because not all the time you can make good profits from it,sometimes losses happen too.And yes, seeing the market now still in a low price sometimes makes me feel stressed. So i don't often check the market price and i sometimes go for a family bonding out of town just to make myself relax and not to be stressful anymore.

Last time I was very serious about trading and really worried about losses that negatively affect the health. The thought that money is not the most important in life, sporting activities and meditation helps me to handle stress and improve my emotional and physical states.

Fortunately, it has not come to that point yet. Well, I make it a point that trading won't be a reason to stress me out. I don't invest much in trading which is why I don't get worried much. I guess it hasn't come to a time yet for me to invest a significant amount. I don't want to burden myself with worries of losing.

Just try to listen some music or watch movies (i recommended to see comedy movies ) that's make myself better I've decided to stop trading at all. It's too bad for me This is a good decision for now! Because if you can't trade well in this bear market then don't do it. When the market recovers, you may start trading again! To remove your stress, you can hangouts with your best friends or you may travel! Good Luck

Been trading and I can say that it is really stressful. Sometimes I can't sleep well due to those situations that I regret my decision. What do you do to relief trading stress?
My stress relievers are forcing myself to go to sleep and drinking more glasses of ice tea. Do you have any alternatives?
As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!
Alternative in trading for stress relieving? I also do play games like MOBA's and watching some movies. Try to unwind and give yourself space to relax from the stressful market.

If you can't handle the stress, just hold or trade less. If it's your job, then you have no choice but to deal with it and tolerate the stress otherwise find a new job. I was the same as you last year, so I quit trading and settled in investing on traditional stocks, icos, bonds, equities etc..

Yes, because, when trading a lot of things that make your mind become strees like sales that don't meet targets, boring holdings and unpredictable price movements when going up and down, this problem can trigger panic situations that will hurt when trading

Trading especially day trading is very stressful for all especially when it is done manually. Performing day-trading manually gets you glued to the PC 24/7 by monitoring the slight movements in price of the coin. Most experts prefer to use bots now.

absolutely right bro. if I think trading now I get more experience than profit. just get little by little profit. then the price fell sharply so that the profits I collected drained in a short time

You right, because you have to be in front of the screen all the time waiting for the opportunity to arrive. especially if exactly what happens in the market does not match what you expect it certainly will make you more stressed. but when you get the benefits it will certainly treat your stress
